Perfect brunch experience for a young family. Buffet enabled the children to access delicious food immediately. Food was plentiful and fresh. Staff replenished servings frequently. Attractive selections - eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, pastry, and more. Attentive service. Spacious light-filled dining room with lots of glass - the benefits of outdoor dining with the comfort of indoor dining.

Food and drinks were very good. We had a great waiter, and it was a nice, quiet palace to eat.

Food was literally burnt. We sent it back. Couldn't eat it it was so burnt. Why would they even think it's ok to serve it. Plus said we have a allergy and it comes with what I'm allergic to on it. Cheez.

Excellent facility that is great on space therapy and carrying out business or holiday A great location that gives value for ones money. Serene and very comfortable. One can design ones programm around the hotel schedule.

This was my first time at this property and I was thoroughly pleased! The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Huge TV. Housekeeping service was excellent. Staff was friendly, always greeted me and very helpful.

Went for a family weekend staycation and they couldn't have been more accommodating! From check-in to check-out, staff was so incredibly friendly, even down to the bell staff. We couldn't find pet sitters and had to bring our 2 dogs with us, and they were treated just like guests! I'm so happy a beautiful place like this allows fur babies, it made our trip all the better and less stressful. I believe the gentleman who checked us out was named Nick. He was a front desk manager and was so sweet and bubbly! He helped us out a lot and I could not be more grateful. We were checked in by two staff members as well who were equally as amazing and kind. The sweet woman who worked in the coffee shop was also the highlight of my morning. While it was a bummer we didn't get to experience the pools, it's great that they're receiving an update and that just means we'll be back when they re-open!

Curran in valet was extremely helpful and friendly! Great man and great service! Rubbing to hello everyone very quickly. Helped us with very heavy bags in to the uber to make we were able to depart in a timely manner. He is an asset to the hotel.

Robert was very helpful at the valet desk. I visited the spa, and I loved all the amenities. Kami the poolside attendant was so polite and pleasant. He was always sure to ask how I was doing and made frequent rounds. Dawn my masseuse was amazing!

I went there for a conference. The golf course was being over-seeded and the pools were all out of commission. So none of that was available. The only thing we could use was the spa. Yet the resort still charged over $300/night. I was blown away. Anyway, ended up being a pretty boring trip

I stayed overnight at this hotel after flying in on a late night flight from the East Coast. I enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room and was able to sleep very well. The hotel staff were very accommodating and I was able to get a late checkout so that I could enjoy my brief stay in Scottsdale. The pool area is under renovation right now but I would love to see it when it reopens.

Pools are under construction, no one is staying there. There were very bare-bones amenities. The hotel should either be closed until it is renovated, or they should offer deep discounts. A terrible value as it is

It seems like a great place, grounds and space, but missing 50% or more of the resort piece, I did not get a full picture. I would like to have seen the pools, but at least have had the opportunity to use another hotel's pool.

I organized a dinner with friends who now live in Phoenix but did not know each other since I had met them when I was working in different places. We wanted an outside space and the Hyatt was recommended to us. We had received a call about the current remodeling work going on at the Hyatt and the "limited" menu available but when we got the menu we thought it was more than adequate. We had a wonderful time getting to know each other and the food was excellent! Don't hesitate to eat there now or anytime after the remodeling.

We stayed two nights and found Hyatt Regency still retained its elegance despite missing pool and works . It was very quite , eerily in fact but they still kept the grounds impeccable. We had breakfast and it was excellent, I questioned server if fresh orange juice was ‘fresh orange juice’ he replied for the most part they grow their own ingredients at their own farm and orange juice was squeezed at their farm. Even with the work’s continuing I would recommend this elegant hotel if swimming pool is not critical to your stay. They have lowered their rates too to reflect missing service , Resort fee can be questioned.
