Sprinkles Scottsdale

First time trying these cupcakes. Was so excited to try them and ended up so disappointed. Our cupcakes were extremely stale and the rim of the cupcakes were crispy.👎 👎👎👎👎 Definitely not fresh cupcakes.🤢

Employee recommended the sugar cookie cupcake. I was planning to split it with the family but after one bite I decided it was all mine, it was just way too good! It's a shame it's a seasonal flavor. Red velvet was also great, used to get it for birthdays and special gifts from my mom ❤️ the icing is unique and addictive.

The cupcake atm doesnt work. They need a better atm or something. All that money and a ghetto atm that takes peoples money like a claw machine.

I love sprinkles cupcakes. I have a huge sweet tooth and these cupcakes always hit the spot. The icing is unique; it’s flavorful and sweet, it’s like ice cream ! I love it. The designs are always nice and the overall aesthetic is great. The shop and the cupcake aroma itself is amazing too. If you’re sensitive to sweeter things I’d get the mini ones they have! My only complaint is the awkward location of this shop. The parking situation is a bit weird it’s slightly elevated , but they have signs letting people know to how/where to park:)

This is by far the worse cupcake I’ve ever had. It said cream cheese frosting and it tasted like buttercream. The cupcake was dry and a little dense. And the flavor was horrible. The only thing that tasted like lemon was the frosting… yeah I won’t be going back. And I had high hopes for these cupcakes bc I’ve heard so much about them!

Parking: The parking is on a slant so be careful. There are only a few spots in front so if it’s busy you may have to drive to the lot behind the buildings.

I’ve been to sprinkles many times, but stopped in the Scottsdale store for my sister’s birthday. We got 4 cupcakes (all different flavors) and all 4 were inedible. They tasted like they were a week old, dry, crumbly and awful. For expensive cupcakes, I feel I was ripped off.

Seems like much less icing on the top of the cupcakes, and only found four blueberries in my muffin...hopefully it's an isolated issue.

Went there to buy some cupcakes for my daughter. I said to the guys the was there “ hey how you doing? “ the guy didn’t not answer my question. Just say to me how can i help.. very rude.

Thank you Destiny for helping me out yesterday! My wife loved her surprise birthday cupcakes and it wouldn't have happen without your help. Employees like you are God sent!

I have been a loyal fan of Sprinkles cupcakes for well over 10 years now. I will say my last visit Sunday September 8 I was pretty disappointed. My cupcakes were completely dry. The service as always was great! I was able to place my order and pickup in less than 5 mins which was exceptional as always. However, the signature flavor of the red velvet cupcake just was not there. I had never experienced this before with Sprinkles and this left me pretty disappointed.

Love(d) Sprinkles since the day it opened in Scottsdale. Never experienced worse customer service until today. The new girl behind the counter was so unprofessional and had such bad attitude. Finally when I asked for a b-day sticker which I paid for she took the bag, put the sticker on half way folded, literally threw the bag back on the counter and turned around without saying anything. Hope she didn’t expect tip after all

I've been a Sprinkles fan since my SoCal days. They really are the best cupcakes on the planet.

My favorite is the strawberry that tastes like a strawberry! It turns out they use strawberry puree in their recipe.

Other notable cupcakes are the red velvet, banana, dark chocolate, and lemon.
