Helpful customer service and good delivery

Stopped by Sprinkles Scottsdale for a quick pickup — needed 8 boxes of cupcakes for business drop-offs. Rina was the sweetest and helped me out quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated her kindness and professionalism!

There’s plenty of parking, and if you're in a rush or coming by after hours, they even have a Sprinkles ATM machine connected to the store for quick grab-and-go cupcakes. Super convenient and always a crowd-pleaser.

The best cupcakes I have ever tasted. Awesome. Definitely try their Salted caramel and red velvet cup cakes if you are in Scottsdale near Old Town. The staff is super friendly and super quick in service. Worth every penny.

I was told by everyone these were the best cupcakes of all time. For 71 US dollars for a box of cupcakes they were stale, hard as rock, and the most generic cupcake Ive had. Not a big issue if the cost was worth the product. If the quality of food is not worth the quality of price, what’s the point in paying that? Frys is a 1/4 of the price for twice the quality of your product.

The mini cookies are now the size of a quarter. Way overpriced for what you get. Do NOT waste your money on the cookies.

Cupcakes were not fresh😭 I got a dozen and am so bummed the frosting had a hard crust and cake was dry:(

I’ll start by saying, the staff was lovely—but Sprinkles isn’t what it used to be. They no longer carry some of their classic flavors, and the quality has greatly diminished. I tried the Vietnamese Coffee and it was oily (?), mostly frosting, and completely falling apart. I also made the mistake of eating the chocolate covered coffee bean on the top which tasted like it was only supposed to be decorative. I’m not sure if they’re trying to replicate the rotating menu of Crumbl or what, but the fact that I couldn’t get Triple Cinnamon OR Chocolate Marshmallow was such a bummer!

First time trying these cupcakes. Was so excited to try them and ended up so disappointed. Our cupcakes were extremely stale and the rim of the cupcakes were crispy.👎 👎👎👎👎 Definitely not fresh cupcakes.🤢

Employee recommended the sugar cookie cupcake. I was planning to split it with the family but after one bite I decided it was all mine, it was just way too good! It's a shame it's a seasonal flavor. Red velvet was also great, used to get it for birthdays and special gifts from my mom ❤️ the icing is unique and addictive.

The cupcake atm doesnt work. They need a better atm or something. All that money and a ghetto atm that takes peoples money like a claw machine.

I love sprinkles cupcakes. I have a huge sweet tooth and these cupcakes always hit the spot. The icing is unique; it’s flavorful and sweet, it’s like ice cream ! I love it. The designs are always nice and the overall aesthetic is great. The shop and the cupcake aroma itself is amazing too. If you’re sensitive to sweeter things I’d get the mini ones they have! My only complaint is the awkward location of this shop. The parking situation is a bit weird it’s slightly elevated , but they have signs letting people know to how/where to park:)

This is by far the worse cupcake I’ve ever had. It said cream cheese frosting and it tasted like buttercream. The cupcake was dry and a little dense. And the flavor was horrible. The only thing that tasted like lemon was the frosting… yeah I won’t be going back. And I had high hopes for these cupcakes bc I’ve heard so much about them!

Parking: The parking is on a slant so be careful. There are only a few spots in front so if it’s busy you may have to drive to the lot behind the buildings.
