Live in New York, but in-laws and extended family lives in the area, and frequent this Starbucks often as it’s in walking distance to where we stay.
I’ve been coming here for years, and during that time, a large portion of the staff, has remained the same. That should tell you everything about the work environment and overall vibe of the store. Super friendly, lots of local locals come and hang out.
I always have a great experience, but today in particular, when I walked over after placing my order on the app, there is a sign on the door that said they were only doing orders through the drive-through for the time being. Since I didn’t have a car, I called the store, and without me having to tell them, they knew who I was, said they were going to remake my drink because it had gotten a little water down, and then hand-delivered it to me outside.
Wish I got this person’s name, because they were super friendly and went above and beyond. Thanks, Starbucks team!

This is a fairly big Starbucks and usually has a lot of customers that are seated inside that particular store. All year long. They employees are really courteous & have smiles on their faces to make you feel welcome ?? & relaxed!
Parking: It has a lot of spaces to park in while you're in their store. Even if their store is full of customers!
Kid-friendliness: It's a good place to bring kids/children they have menu options and food and treats that kids/children and drink options without caffeine in it for your kids/children. Nice.
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm pretty sure there is a ramp from the parking lot to their nice store and it's pretty spacious inside so a person in a wheelchair can easily get around!
I go thru the drive-thru and mostly get one of the iced teas or iced coffee. They've always gotten my orders exactly like I want them. Plus my dog always gets a pup cup. ?

This Starbucks is very clean and quick. But as with all Starbucks everything is overpriced
On multiple occasions I have stopped by this store twenty minutes till closing. Tonight, I physically left my job so that I could make it before the doors locked only to pull up again and everything is shut off and no one is in the building. It states online that they close at six pm. It does not create trust with customers when this continually happens. I understand that it can be frustrating working with the public as I to am a customer service agent, However if your sign states that you close at six... Six pm is when the doors lock. Not at 5:40pm. I understand that my 6$ May not make or break your bank. But now the gas station gets that reward.

Breakfast is just flat out overpriced. Tastes good but cmon charging that much.Drinks took 30 minutes. I could of ate at a restaurant. Hire more people if you need too. Whoever the manager is should be fired.
