On multiple occasions I have stopped by this store twenty minutes till closing. Tonight, I physically left my job so that I could make it before the doors locked only to pull up again and everything is shut off and no one is in the building. It states online that they close at six pm. It does not create trust with customers when this continually happens. I understand that it can be frustrating working with the public as I to am a customer service agent, However if your sign states that you close at six... Six pm is when the doors lock. Not at 5:40pm. I understand that my 6$ May not make or break your bank. But now the gas station gets that reward.

Every time I visit here I have such a lovely experience. Definitely one of my favourite Starbucks stores.

Breakfast is just flat out overpriced. Tastes good but cmon charging that much.Drinks took 30 minutes. I could of ate at a restaurant. Hire more people if you need too. Whoever the manager is should be fired.

The service has continually deteriorated over the last 2 years or so. Lots of new staff coming and going. Don't be surprised if you wait 10+ min to get your drink. Bad service aside, made the decision to stop spending $7-8 daily at a business that supports illegal occupation and genocide by a ruthless colonizer abroad. I'll take my business elsewhere, thank you very much.

Super disappointed with the service. The drive thru is supposed to be open until 7pm on Sunday and a worker just shook his head at us and left to lock up the place without saying anything at 6:50pm. Maybe they should try to hire people who actually want to do their jobs.

The manager refused us service twice now - first time was at 5:59 - my 5yo daughter needed to use the restroom and she wouldn’t unlock the door even though we had just bought something in the drive through because it was before closing and she already locked it. And again today when my daughter came in on her motorcycle (which is a vehicle) because it is a hazard for her to be on a kids motorcycle in the drive through since her vehicle wasn’t heavy enough to trigger the sensor. We we’re already there and she just refused us service unless we came in. Hiring people who don’t care about customers is a great way to lose customers.

I recently had the pleasure of stopping by the Starbucks in McCormick Ranch and I must say, it was a great experience. The drinks were delicious and the staff were friendly, making it the perfect pit stop on our bike ride.As soon as we arrived at the Starbucks, we were struck by the convenience of the bike rack, outdoor seating, and shade. It was the perfect spot to rest and refuel after a long ride, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.We decided to try the Salted Caramel Crème Cold Brews and were not disappointed. The cold brew was smooth and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of saltiness from the caramel crème. It was the perfect pick-me-up on a hot day.But the drinks weren't the only highlight of our visit. The staff at this Starbucks location were friendly and efficient, making the process of ordering and paying a breeze. They chatted with us while they prepared our drinks, making the experience feel personal and welcoming.Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Starbucks in McCormick Ranch and will definitely be returning for more delicious drinks in the future. If you're a fan of cold brew or just looking for a great place to stop for a drink in McCormick Ranch, I highly recommend giving this Starbucks location a try. It's sure to become one of your new favorites!

My husband and I came here for a coffee date but spent nearly a half hour waiting for a drip coffee and cold brew. My husband went up to the counter multiple times but the employees seemed more concerned with drive thru customers. Turns out our order was overlooked. It may be a fine location for drive through but don't recommend this for going inside, especially if you're on a time crunch.

0 stars would be more appropriate but that is not an option. I just went through the drive through, it was NOT busy at all. I ordered a bagel NOT toasted with cream cheese and a vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla and extra cream. What did I get ? I got a TOASTED bagel and iced coffee no vanilla no cream. This place sucks, would be nice to actually go to a place and GET what your ORDER instead of the robot employees always in a hurry to turn s*** out and make the almighty dollar. So I called and speak to the manager "Yazmin" who of course tries to fix it with free s**** nice try Yazmin, but no more woke Starbucks for me. I should have known better. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is SO MUCH BETTER, but unfortunately it's not on my way to work, s**** even McDonalds vanilla iced coffee is better and it's only $1.69

Never have had a bad experience here. I go here from time to time.It is relaxing and when you enter the doors the aroma of coffee hits you and the music and atmosphere is calming. The batista are hard working and always have smiles on their faces. They do get pretty busy.

The drive through was fast and efficient. Order taking was efficient and polite. I expected longer wait time based on the length of the line but was pleasantly surprised that I got through the line and my order was delivered hot and accurately faster than anticipated. Please click ? if this was helpful.

WOW. What can I say other than WOW!This store has had it’s ups and downs but both the afternoon crew and morning crew can keep it together! Maisie and Andrew consistently impress me with their coffee knowledge and drink crafting. I have been here on the busiest days and have never seen them break a sweat -not even once! Calm. Cool. Collected. Truly a special team.Even in the morning, after I finish my daily pilates session, Paige and the early AM crew always manage to set me up for the rest my day Whether mastering my iced flat white or timing my espresso con panna just right, I never think twice about going anywhere else -this is my third place!
