Cashier at the drive though handed me my drink and said “it should be good, Jack made it”. It was, in fact, the best brown sugar shaken espresso I ever had. Special shout out to Jack 🙏🏼
Nice ambience and friendly service..
I rarely leave reviews, but this visit was frustrating enough to warrant one. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Starbucks location. I ordered a grande caramel macchiato, which came to a little over five dollars. At the drive-through window, I handed the barista (an Asian young man) a $10 bill. To my absolute shock, he asked, “Do you want your change back?”
Seriously? That is not only unprofessional, it’s just bad customer service. When a customer pays for something, you return their change. If they choose to tip, that’s their decision — you don’t prompt them in a way that feels like pressure. It was awkward, rude, and honestly left a bad taste in my mouth before I even got my drink. also, he never gave me my receipt.
To make matters worse, the drink itself was poorly made. A caramel macchiato is supposed to have a generous drizzle of caramel, but mine had barely any — it was bland, weak, and clearly made with no attention to detail. For over $5, I expect better quality and certainly better service.
This location seems to be cutting corners and it shows — both in the product and the attitude. I won’t be returning, and I expect Starbucks leadership and or the regional manager to respond to this and reach out to me so we can communicate and I can get a refund.
Stop by the drive through and ordered jalopeno chicken pocket and was told sorry, they are out of those but they have the spicy falafel pocket. I said ok, then she says sorry they’re out of those too. Come on Starbucks you shouldn’t be running out of food all the time, unacceptable!!
Disappointed and honestly surprised. I was asked to leave this Starbucks after sitting for just 45 minutes without placing an order that day. What they didn’t care about? The fact that I’m part of a local school PTA that meets here every Monday—and we all buy coffee. We’ve supported this location regularly as a group, but apparently that loyalty didn’t matter. It’s unfortunate when a place you’ve supported chooses policy over people with no flexibility or courtesy.
We were out and about doing some shopping, and this was simply a stop on the way. We rested a bit, sipped out big coffee drinks, planned the rest of the day, which included yet more shopping.
Simply put this is such a poorly run location you have 30% odds of your drink being wrong, service being slow and backed up for no particular reason (a quick coffee run down the street takes 20mins somehow in the afternoon) or them being out of a specific ingredient in your drink (nothing particularly exotic)
I'd go into the Target across the street to get a more consistent drink if you don't need a drive thru or hit up Renegade coffee down the road before going here.
It's been this way for a couple years - different faces every few months, but the overall problems are always the same.
The staff here is so nice and helpful!
Randomly closed the cafe so you're forced to wait in an incredibly long drive thru line for your walk in pickup order. Drinks made incorrectly often. Wish this wasn't the closest one to where I live.

The location is convenient but they are frequently closed when they’re supposed to be open. Or just the drive thru is open and the inside is closed. The latter was the case yesterday when I went there. The doors were locked with a few ticked off people saying they had ordered online and were going inside to pick it up. Waiting in drive thru line kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
This is the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever seen. No music playing either.

Extraordinary wait times! Literally two cars in front of me and it's 20 minutes. This suggests they don't know what they are doing. The location is convenient but I'm looking to drive further to avoid this again. My cappuccino is cold despite being ordered extra hot with extra hot steam milk.
