I have never had a negative experience at Starbucks. Good coffee. First class service with a smile and free wifi. I even charged my phone for free as i was on vacation. I can say that it hasnt mattered which starbucks im at service is always the same...FANTASTIC. Thank you Starbucks for being consistently fabulous!!

The Starbucks has never updated their hours online they are always closed at random times and on random days. You can never rely on what the hours say online so I stopped going there.

If you are not feeling up to customers and if you are not ready to take an order, and you are doing double duty on drive thru, stay away from the register and don't ask "Can I help you?" to the person waiting to order. Super rude just now. 1045 am. Young woman with short dark hair, black glasses. Its not busy! I'm going elsewhere, thank you.

First let me say I've lived and worked in the Scottsdale area for almost ten years and I'm from Arizona. I've never had any issues at any Starbucks prior to being targeted by this cult group that resides heavily in different areas throughout our country. They targeted me a years ago. I was almost kidnapped by this group last year and I was threatened last year by a man claiming it was my only chose to join him. They have been stalking for almost 7 years. It's been witnessed throughout the country. Including Scottsdale heavily. So when I walked into this neighborhood Starbucks that is literally in the same neighborhood by my place I expected nothing but the most normal experience I've always had. But the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had. First off when I walked in a few days prior they ignored me when I stood in line to ask for something. Then when I came back in the evening a few days later, it was much slower but there were a few people sitting at the Starbucks eating inside. The girls were very rude, they looked at me like I had caused a problem there. Like they had an issue with me. Even though I didn't know them and had never met them before. The began to gossip about what the cult people continue to say about me. They had no thought of the fact that I could hear everything they were saying along with everyone sitting and minding their business. I have been working in customer service since I was 15 years old in Arizona and other places. I have never witnessed this in my life!! Anywhere I've ever went, so I just sat and ignored them the entire hour I sat in their restaurant. They sat and talked about me while smiling at me with smirks. No thought, that they didn't know me personally. They had no empathy to not talk about someone badly even when you're not working right in front of them. Wow, who raised them? To be so cruel? So this is why I felt to write a review. I believe every human deserves to be treated humanly. Treated like their life matters no matter the story they have heard. There was no excuse to mistreat a person they had never met or known. Also be professional, it's ok to have an opinion. If you don't like someone it is your right. Even if you don't know them. But to disrespect them after they buy something from the company that pays you is to disrespect that company reputation and anyone who was eating in that restaurant. Being a person of color, I've only heard of stories like this. Experiencing them I thought was something that never would happen to me. We need to learn how to judge people by their action not their skin color. Oddly I could not find this location on yelp. Avoid this location today as the wait was ridiculous. Not sure if they're understaffed but just horrible on how long once you're trapped in the drive-through.

Usually I LOVEEE this place. This morning it was closed even though it's supposed to open at 5:30. It's 6:30 and one of the workers came out to yell to everyone that they won't be open for another 20. No big deal, I understand something probably happened but I'd recommend putting a sign on the door & drive thru. There was tons of people showing up trying to go inside, probably on crunch time before work too.
