When your barista makes your drink WRONG, don't tell your customer you won't remake their vanilla late as ordered and PAID FOR. Telling your customers it's "not our policy" to remake a late as ordered is UNACCEPTABLE. I'll never be back to this location again. NOTE: the location for some reason isn't showing up and isn't this one! The Starbucks I meant to review is new and located at Lone Mountain Road and Scottsdale Road near pet store.

Worst Starbucks ever… coffee quality is good. But the barista is so rude and unfriendly… I have never seen such an unfriendly barista before… they definitely need training on how to treat a customer. Will never go to this place again!!!

ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TOO!! this is absolutely the worst starbucks out of any. They don't know how to make their drinks AT ALL. And it's been multiple time. A caramel iced coffee is what i ask, what do they give me every time ? STRAIGHT BLACK COFFEE!!! not one single ounce of anything in there. The line moves quickly, but i'm assuming it's because they're giving everyone plain coffee and hoping they just go about their day. If you like plain coffee with nothing in it this is your spot.
Service is quick and employees are kind. No indoor seating at the time. However there is an outside shady area with tables and chairs. It is quite pleasant in the early hours. Large parking area for this busy strip mall.

I like the remodel but man you need help at the deli counter. I just got pawned off to someone else who was not even cutting meat to "help" me while the other person helped her friend. That not right, especially because I was waiting behind 4 people to finally get helped. Please get more help!
