Did a drive through for my coffee. The parking lot is very small, the drive through lane is even small. But the staff are terrific and really keep the line moving in the morning.

The drive thru was packed so I settled back in my car to read the news while waiting. That line moved faster than any Starbucks line I've ever been in, I had my hot latte in hand in less than 5 min.....and it was PERFECT !!!

They are very short staffed and kinda rude about their drive thru times... Ugh.. overly annoyed with drive thrus that ask you to reverse the car over their timer... Lol

I usually like to do my order as a mobile order, as I don’t like to be yelling because they’re not able to hear me. So I placed my order, once I get to the intercom I let them know it was a mobile order. Once I’m going to pick up my order they let me know my order will be ready in a few minutes. But out of the blue this Asian looking employee comes and tells me “just heads up, for next time give us at least five minutes before you get here to do your mobile order” in a rude way. I just said okay. It was not needed, I do my mobile order when I get a chance, when I’m stopped, I was in line so I decided to do the mobile order. I don’t think it would’ve made a difference if I would’ve done my order over the speaker, I wasn’t complaining about the time. Other than the comment everything and everyone else was good.

Typical Starbucks. Went through the drive thru quickly. Barista in drive thru was nice and chatted a little bit. My drink is uncomplicated, so it’s hard to mess up - tastes great. Starbucks is always consistent.

Hannah was amazing! She went over all the pastry items for me, had an amazing presence, and was patient with me as I ordered! Do anything to keep her!!! (Had to take a bite before the photo hahahaa)
They always seem to close early. They have their hours posted right on the window, but they don’t follow them. Last Sunday they were closed at 5 when I walked over to get a frap. Their sign says 6.30. This was second time this has happened to me at this location. It was the day where Starbucks was advertising boho. I don’t have a vehicle . I didn’t get Starbucks that day. They need to fix this. or change their posted hours.

Went there tonight at 6:15pm went through the drive through and the screen mentioned that they were closed. 6:15pm on a Monday night after hot yoga, I’m dying and need a cold drink. Went up to the drive through window and asked the waitress if I can get 2 venti ice waters and I was refused, said they were closed. I’m pretty sure last time I checked, it’s an AZ law that you have to give someone water if they ask for it. You can’t refuse. The hours of operations even read it was open on Monday till 6:30pm. Will be a while until I go back there.
