Dont waste your time or money going to this rip off location! They are notorious for packing the cups full of ice and within a few sips even your venti is gone. The attached photo is the amount of liquid you get when you ask them for light ice. Hadn't even sipped it once and it was given to me by the baristas with this much liquid already missing! I asked for extra milk to fill up the cup the way its supposed to be served and they told me Management wont allow them to do that. At that point I was visibly upset and offered to pay any up charge, I practically begged them to fill it up all the way and the barista said they dont have a button for an up charge of milk. So let me get this straight, a customer cannot even pay extra to fill up a cup that should already be full to begin with??Why the hell am I paying for a larger venti sized cup but only getting a smaller grande amount of liquid?? I've since gone to other locations and I've never experienced this issue with any of them! To the Management and owner, this is a scam and its ridiculous, its just milk! Do better!!

I got a iced matcha w cold foam and light ice. Some baristas put barely any coldfoam. Not sure what the problem is. I paid 8 bucks for a drink and tipped! Can i get at least an inch of cold foam??? Also more than half the cup was full of ice and some dark green unmixed matcha. All is forgivable except being cheap about foam. The guy taking orders was super nice though...

Such a great Starbucks! Everyone is always so kind! Often times my fiance and I would bring out corgi and they all love her and shower her with love :). I would highly suggest it! Only thing that might be a problem for some, is that you cannot go inside, it is only outside seating and drive through or walk up window.
By no exaggeration this is the fastest Starbucks in all of Phoenix. Drive thru is rapid. Fantastic service every time I go.
Did a drive through for my coffee. The parking lot is very small, the drive through lane is even small. But the staff are terrific and really keep the line moving in the morning.

The drive thru was packed so I settled back in my car to read the news while waiting. That line moved faster than any Starbucks line I've ever been in, I had my hot latte in hand in less than 5 min.....and it was PERFECT !!!

They are very short staffed and kinda rude about their drive thru times... Ugh.. overly annoyed with drive thrus that ask you to reverse the car over their timer... Lol

One of the better starbucks locations! Scooter took my order and then was at the window. What a joy!! Very upbeat, happy, kind and helpful. Definitely brought a smile to my face!! Coffee tasted delicious too.

I usually like to do my order as a mobile order, as I don’t like to be yelling because they’re not able to hear me. So I placed my order, once I get to the intercom I let them know it was a mobile order. Once I’m going to pick up my order they let me know my order will be ready in a few minutes. But out of the blue this Asian looking employee comes and tells me “just heads up, for next time give us at least five minutes before you get here to do your mobile order” in a rude way. I just said okay. It was not needed, I do my mobile order when I get a chance, when I’m stopped, I was in line so I decided to do the mobile order. I don’t think it would’ve made a difference if I would’ve done my order over the speaker, I wasn’t complaining about the time. Other than the comment everything and everyone else was good.
