Horrible service I was filling poppers work and this guy who is a balled head and red beard came up first time it’s Starbucks policy you need to purchase something okay my friend came in he then came Up again and said we need to place an order for you! How rude apparently he said Starbucks policy is you have to pay or you can’t be in the store! He was very unprofessional very cocky as I said to him will purchase as soon as we’re done oh, OK and then walks off mumbling something if this is how Starbucks is gonna be You guys should not be around your customer service sucks

I was stuck in Scotrsdale for a few days, so I stopped in three times. all three days was excellent and speedy service in the drive-through. drinks were spot on even the super boogie one I had to order for a friend. we'll done!

The attitude and eye roll I get every morning for trying to save the planet and not waste a plastic cup and having them fill up my Hydro flask with water has forced me to never goto this Starbucks again. Prices have went up, customer service has went down, no wonder Starbucks stock price and sales are down huge
