Unfortunately not a great place to get work done - music too loud compared to most Starbucks. Also, the wifi wasn't strong enough to hold a video call, which I've never experienced at a Starbucks before. Choose a different Starbucks for work.

I ordered 2 drinks and they were made wrong, I brought them back and Kimberly assisted me and was wonderful! She was so kind, understanding and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I come to this location frequent and it was the best experience yet! Thank you Kimberly!

This Starbucks has high quality Baristas and super friendly essential when dealing with coupons.
My first time at this store. Super friendly staff, and a big beautiful space with lots of tables. Great for meetings. I do a lot of meetings at Starbucks, and I’m gonna recommend this one and go out of my way to come back to it.

Having an art class at the Scottsdale Artists' School was a fantastic experience and topped off with a solid journaling session here at this Starbucks location. Tasha is an upbeat and focused manager who leads with kindness : I saw how she interacted with her staff and she was amazing. Also, I love a good mug instead of a cup and it was the fantastic Peter who reminded me there was a discount for this! Who knew! Thank you Scottsdale Starbucks : when I'm back from LA you'll be my new fave before taking my painting class!

Their drinks are made with zero care nowadays. Not full, not delicious, I really don't care how busy you are. The price is the same and the quality should be too. If you run out of a milk,.open a new container. Don't hand me a 75% full, super dark drink. The laziness is real. Stop with the "our bathrooms are closed". You literally sell a diuretic that makes people poop. Get it together, Starbucks. Of all the locations that closed around here, how did this one stay open?!

We went to starbucks to use our coupon from the app that said 2 drinks for $10. When we got there we asked if there was any restrictions on size or drink types or add ins and the employee told us no. So we ordered two drinks. When we got to the window they used the code on the app and then all of the sudden said oh because of the add ins we can’t use the coupon so it will be full price. I wish there was more transparency or that the service was better. I work at a coffee shop and I would always do whatever I could to get the customers their drinks for that price or make it up to them.
