The baristas hit on my boyfriend and asked for his phone number… I’m not the jealous type but that’s just unprofessional and my boyfriend was extremely uncomfortable. Do better.

Store needs to fix and train their AM drive thru team. Hate that this is my closest Starbucks by my house without another on my drive to work. I just left the window again after 7 minutes as the same employee doesn't work on the car 1st and my orde is a black coffee. He has left my coffee sitting in front of him numerous times in past instead of handing it out the window but instead take multiple vehicle orders back in line and then walk away from my coffee where I have to say into the window can I please have my coffee sitting there. I used to spend around $75 a week at this store and now just have quit drinking coffee or getting pastries because of their servcie

Never have certain drinks available. Management needs to do a better job on inventory. Always long waits in drive thru. I have been in the drive thru line for over 10 mins several times. Only come here because I live right beside it. Literally the worst. Osborn and Hayden Starbucks crew way better.

Unfortunately not a great place to get work done - music too loud compared to most Starbucks. Also, the wifi wasn't strong enough to hold a video call, which I've never experienced at a Starbucks before. Choose a different Starbucks for work.

I ordered 2 drinks and they were made wrong, I brought them back and Kimberly assisted me and was wonderful! She was so kind, understanding and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I come to this location frequent and it was the best experience yet! Thank you Kimberly!
