I love this location! I literally go up there every single morning and not only are they fast, but they're friendly and always doing the most when it comes to customer service. Clairey is a rockstar and I love her customer service. Super helpful and cheerful. As long as I live in Scottsdale, this will be my Starbucks.

The 3 star rating is primarily for the layout of the store — clean, roomy, airy, lots of windows, and lots of seatings with charging stations for devices. Bravo! 👏 The 2 baristas, however, could use an in-depth course of enthusiasm and personality. 😅

This is a beautiful location, it’s always clean, the service is always so good. They never messed up my coffee, this is how Starbucks used to be. This is why Starbucks was our “third place”…. It’s so refreshing to see Starbucks getting back to it.

I was picking up my coffee this morning when my car wouldn’t start. I was begging people in the parking lot to help give the car a jump. All of a sudden the Store Manager, Darian and Assistant Manager, Johnny came to my rescue!!! We had a little trouble with the jumper cables so then the barista Alexis came to the rescue! When my car was running, Johnny came back out with a gift card “to make my day better” Here’s the thing… I have had a very bad week and the care and concern that came from this team brought tears to my eyes. There are many Starbucks around but this one will be my one and only from now on. Thanks for brightening my week!

I asked for just a water and it’s company policy they can’t give me one and suggested I spend on a cake pop or other junk food to get water….?
1) Im a customer of Starbucks and bought a couple things yesterday morning 2) we are in the Arizona heat 3) I don’t look homeless 4) water costs you maybe 2 cents and you want me to spend $5 and eat junk food?? 5) all the local coffee shops here have water out for people, you don’t even have to ask.
I’ve never been told this before at a Starbucks and just showcases about the culture and mindset about the staff
