Avoid this Starbucks. Worst I've been to in the valley. Employees are rude and slow. Ordered my drink correctly as I always do at every other Starbucks. Was rang in wrong and then I was told how to order it by the barista. Remade it and did not taste like the ones I always order at other places. I'm sure I won't feel well later after their mess up and giving me dairy. This store should be closed or needs a lot of corporate attention per my experience and the many other recent reviews. FYI I'm in the restaurant industry so I have a lot of patience for customer service.

Rude employees. Didn't take my order correctly and then when asked to fix it she gave attitude and actually said to us we never said that we wanted that on our order. But we did. Then handing me a cup with caramel all over the outside of the lid. 4/22/24 8:45am.

My coffee was good. My experience was horrible. I use Starbucks online mobile app to order my coffees, expecting to be quick and go in and go out. I arrive at the Starbucks and there is a handwritten sign on the door stating the lobby is closed and the call number. I call the number and I'm told I have to go through drive-through to pick up my drinks, if I wanted to go through drive-through to get my drinks, I would've just gone through drive-through. The reason I use mobile pick up is so I could do this quickly. I waited 18 minutes and drive-through to pick up my coffee. While I was in drive-through, I noticed a blonde person who worked at Starbucks walking out a coffee to someone else waiting at the lobby door. It was the same person that handed my drinks in the window. I'm not very happy about this experience.

Great efficient service, baristas were prompt kind, and knowledgeable of their products. Greeted with a warm smile! Matcha latte was well made. Atmosphere was welcoming and clean.

I’m from out of town. The deduction is from the hours. Starbucks is my go-to to buy a drink, recharge, read, and take notes. What do you mean you close at 7:30pm!???My local ones are usually open until 10 or 11pm! Some even at 12am! I’m more curious as to why this is even though it is a bigger city than where I live. Sorry Phoenix!

so so slow service. there was only three cars in front of us and i used to work at starbucks i know it does not take 20 minutes to take car of drive through orders. management was cold and rude.
Tasha was hands down the most insufferable Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. Absolutely no customer service skills from anyone working in this place other than the girl taking our order. And even then, it’s the bare minimum.

The shaken espresso was great, but the Java chip was more watery than usual also they were out of the new potato chive item. Customer service was good and we went through the drive thru no line.
