Starbucks

Very disappointed with my recent visit. The service was slow, and the staff didn’t seem very attentive or friendly. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I mentioned it, there was no real effort to fix it or apologize. The store was also not as clean as I expected. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this experience was frustrating and not up to their usual standard.

Great scenic views, the wild horses used to show up and fun activities.

Visiting from out east, and addicted to Starbucks. So pleasantly surprised with the quality of this location and the super friendly staff. We went several times over the course of the week and never had a bad experience. Thanks so much!

Sadly, the closest Starbucks to me has been frustrating. I’ve asked multiple times for them to turn the music down — they do it for a few minutes sometimes, but have also told me a couple of times that they “don’t have control” over it. I wear headphones to block out the noise, but the bass still shakes my whole soul. They seem to get lost in their drive-thru rush and don’t pay much attention to the dining area. Also, their Pike is never fresh and always tastes off.
They do have some friendly staff and mostly when I’m at the drive thru but when I dine in , not so friendly.

One of the best Starbucks patio setups. Quick friendly service, followed directions on personal order. Also excellent product ( cups, mugs, etc) selection. Easy parking lot to get into and out of. Good location to meet multiple people for group gatherings

This was one of the cleanest Starbucks I have been to in years. Staff was friendly and upbeat. I did not order food just a cinnamon dolce and a chia latte both were delicious. The table area was very nice, would be a nice place to take the time to sit, drink and read a chapter or 2.

Parking: Be careful the drive thru patrons do not drive slow even though they are in a parking lot. That part was dangerous.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is access but the drive thru patrons are dangerous be VERY Careful the access ramp is at the driveway to the drive thru.

They play the music incredibly loud, it's significantly louder than any other Starbucks. I often work from Starbucks, all over the country. It looks really nice, but the music is a deal breaker.

The staff at this location are super friendly. They always remember me. It’s the fastest Starbucks in phoenix I believe.

This is by far the best starbucks i went and have gone by far in all the thousands of starbucks places i went through all over couple state.
They never mess up my order . There are 4 different locations of staebucks near my house but u drive 15 to 20 mins everyday to come here because of the people who works here. I almost gave up starbucks due to one of the workers near me straight up rude. But here i love how they know their regular customers already and always are really nice and always smiling and patient with our crazy orders. They deserve a raise ?? i wont stop driving here to get my coffe unless of course if i live out of state. The crews here made a really good impact and brightens my day when my anxiety and depression is up. You guys dont know how i appreciate yall.
