Stopped by this location after realizing another Starbucks had made my drink wrong, so I figured I’d do the normal thing and ask if it could be remade. I explained what happened. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free, just wanted the drink I paid for.
The manager helped me and immediately started inspecting my cup to see if there was a sticker or writing on it. There wasn’t. She then told me they’d “fix it this time,” but next time I’d need proof because it needs to have a sticker. I explained that the sticker (or lack of one) isn’t something customers control, that’s on the barista, and that I could easily show my purchase in the app. 🙄
So I pulled up my Starbucks app, which clearly showed I had just ordered two drinks and food. Instead of that being enough, she said the drinks “should be written out on there.” At that point, I honestly felt like I was being questioned like I was doing something wrong.
I’ve worked in coffee shops before, and it’s pretty normal to just remake a drink if it’s incorrect, especially when the customer is asking for the same drink. Eventually she did remake it, but the whole interaction felt uncomfortable and very unnecessary.
I walked in just wanting a corrected drink and walked out feeling like I had to prove I wasn’t lying. Really disappointing experience.

I had a good experience with service at this location several weeks ago. My wife and I went through drive through and ordered some basic coffees, while they were out of the roast we wanted, they were proactive in offering solutions that were agreeable to us.

The service and the drinks are always great. Customer service and consistent quality at a break neck speed is ALWAYS the case at Starbucks. This would have been a five star review if I had seen a star or any male deer. I saw neither, consequently 4 stars.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Domi remembered my dog and me after only one visit. Everyone greets you when you walk in and it’s exceptionally clean with fast service. So grateful for this lovely team!

Getting a black coffee in the drive through every morning in my personal insulated Starbucks cup. About every third time the coffee is almost cold. C'mon, make sure your customers get hot coffee. It's pretty disgusting when you take your first sip and it's luke warm.

Stop by for a pick me up. It's been awhile since I have been inside so saw lots of decor updates. Outside seating will be great when it cools down.

I asked for some water and the staff cited Starbucks have recently changed policy and refused to provide water to me. Under Arizona extreme heat for a large corporation to deny water to make profit is totally unacceptable from me. I have been a Starbucks customer since opening but now you lost me forever. GOOD -BYE STARBUCKS!

Starbucks never came back from Covid era, not the same anymore and the coffee isn't what it was. Usually more staff than customers.

I'm so tired of ordering from this starbucks. I have ordered oat meal TWICE now, and asked for brown sugar and NONE was given to me. Who eats plain oatmeal. This location is trash.

Come on my sweet workers at Starbucks. It seems like lately nobody can get my simple order right. Ordered a strawberry Matcha light ice, this time I did have light ice, but no strawberry foam.
