Couple of things here- one - there is no drive thru so that needs to be updated on Google's end. 2- the manager here is SO incredibly rude. I've been in food service my whole life and no one has ever talked down to me the way this lady did. No wonder they can't keep baristas. If she talks to the guests like that I can't imagine how she talks to her staff.

I'm a Starbucks snob. I grew up with Starbucks at UBC, because the campus was replete with 5 Starbucks cafes (the campus is home to over 15, 000 university students).
However, Kierland Commons is not near a university campus. I adored strolling here from where I lived across the street. I had a townhouse in a luxury, gated community. I lived there while I attended ASU and worked in Kierland Commons. My partner is American. He owns the townhouse. He owns a lot of property across the USA as he is a very successful business man.
This Cafe was the ideal place to purchase Americanos and lunch while shopping at Bebe, J Crew, Chanel, VS and Anthropologie
While Starbucks isn't Italian Espresso, it indisputably was the only coffee I ever drank for 10 years. Undeniably, my tastes have further evolved with age, but my coffee interest remains the same.
Moreover, I always enjoyed perusing the parking lot here. This parking lot featured a myriad of Bentleys, Jaguars, Maseratis, Aston Martins and Rolls Royces.
I'm not a car connoisseur,but you certainly have to be a member of the upper echelons to own these vehicles.

6 staff behind the counter all too busy socializing among themselves to help customers. And probably why could not complete my mobile order correctly. Couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me to correct their mistake. So much for mobile order saving time. And they still messed up the remake.

One of my drinks was a Trenta Cold Brew, so I didn't notice this until I drank it the next day.
The coolest, most relaxing drawings of thesun, a few tucans, and a palm tree really made my day once I saw them. Very tropical.
Kid loved his cake pop, and everything else was great.
The other halfs super popular trendy drink wasn't available. They obviously ran out of ingredients, but they MORE than made up for it.

This Starbucks location is top-notch! I placed a mobile order, and to my surprise, it was ready faster than the app estimated…which almost NEVER happens at other locations. The efficiency here is seriously impressive.
I ordered a Caramel Macchiato, and it was made perfectly. Had just the right balance of espresso, milk, and caramel. Some places either make it too sweet or not mix it well, but this one was spot on. You can tell the baristas here know what they’re doing.
The store itself was very clean, which is always a big plus. The layout is nice, and even though it was busy, everything seemed organized and well-run. The employees were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which just added to the great experience. They didn’t just rush through orders, they actually engaged with customers and seemed to enjoy their jobs.
It’s rare to find a Starbucks where the speed, quality, and service all come together this well, but this location nailed it. Whether you’re grabbing coffee on the go or sticking around for a bit, this is definitely one of the better Starbucks locations out there. Highly recommend!

Was in the store at 6 AM and noticed a customer putting their small dog on the padded bench furniture. It’s one thing to bring an animal into store and it’s another thing to put the animal on furniture. I would nip this in the bud before the place becomes trashy. Meaning, Stop poor behaviors of customers before it increases!

I go there at least 2-3 times per week. I always order ahead and just pick up. Baristas seem very nice to everyone but I have not been greeted once or thanked. I don't know if it's because I'm the only Mexican there always or because of my work uniform that I don't deserve to be greated... I love the coffee so I go there because of the convenience close to my job but definitely not for the service
