My favorite Starbucks is at Kierland Scottsdale. The line moves quickly and the drinks are excellent made with care. Thanks Mike for making our large order of drinks for a special and delicious!

I was in this morning grabbing my morning coffee and this woman, Amanda, was being quite rude to the baristas. They were very busy and she kept huffing and puffing about the wait.. come to find out, it was only 7 minutes because I ordered directly after her. The woman then called and a man over the phone started cussing very vulgar things to the young woman working. I don’t understand how a grown man talks to young women like that. Especially over coffee. I would never talk to a woman like that and I sure wouldn’t appreciate if my wife was okay with that.

Fun Starbucks to go to but if you need to hang out with friends it’s so busy it can be hard to find a table.

Ordered online and picked up. Baristas were working hard to keep up with the orders. There was a Karen in front of me that kept asking for more cups of ice. They handled her well. My PSL was on point. Order was ready a few minutes after the projected time but that’s okay. Prices are a lot higher in AZ than OH. My same order would have been almost $3.00 cheaper in Ohio.

Couple of things here- one - there is no drive thru so that needs to be updated on Google's end. 2- the manager here is SO incredibly rude. I've been in food service my whole life and no one has ever talked down to me the way this lady did. No wonder they can't keep baristas. If she talks to the guests like that I can't imagine how she talks to her staff.
Excellent best service I love the staff and loves made coffee.

They make the worst white mocha
I'm a Starbucks snob. I grew up with Starbucks at UBC, because the campus was replete with 5 Starbucks cafes (the campus is home to over 15, 000 university students).
However, Kierland Commons is not near a university campus. I adored strolling here from where I lived across the street. I had a townhouse in a luxury, gated community. I lived there while I attended ASU and worked in Kierland Commons. My partner is American. He owns the townhouse. He owns a lot of property across the USA as he is a very successful business man.
This Cafe was the ideal place to purchase Americanos and lunch while shopping at Bebe, J Crew, Chanel, VS and Anthropologie
While Starbucks isn't Italian Espresso, it indisputably was the only coffee I ever drank for 10 years. Undeniably, my tastes have further evolved with age, but my coffee interest remains the same.
Moreover, I always enjoyed perusing the parking lot here. This parking lot featured a myriad of Bentleys, Jaguars, Maseratis, Aston Martins and Rolls Royces.
I'm not a car connoisseur, but you certainly have to be a member of the upper echelons to own these vehicles.
6 staff behind the counter all too busy socializing among themselves to help customers. And probably why could not complete my mobile order correctly. Couldn't get anyone to acknowledge me to correct their mistake. So much for mobile order saving time. And they still messed up the remake.
