Brah, how can you mistake a Caramel latte with a Chai latte? Just calm down and listen to your customers, everything is in a hurry and probably they don’t understand what you want, what a freaking bummer! Never comming back here again!

I ordered matcha latte from a different Starbucks and I forgot to order almond or oat milk and it upset my stomach. So I stopped here and asked if they could remake it for me. And they did!! Thank you so much!!! <3 Ashton you're amazing!!

I was out of coffee at home, so decided to give Starbucks another try. This location is very close to my office. I got into the drive-thru lane only to be behind a vehicle ordering multiple specialty coffees. I was in a hurry, so decided to go inside the store since I only wanted a drip coffee. I ordered my hot venti dark roast (for $3.51) at the counter. Now, Starbucks automatically asks for tips. I did not tip since this was a simple pour and already a ridiculous price for a cup of coffee. Instead of just pouring me a coffee, the employee walked away and worked on other orders. Several minutes later, she handed me my simple black coffee. I rushed out and drove to work. Once I was at work, I took a sip of my coffee and it was DISGUSTING! It was not very hot and it was bitter. No wonder Starbucks is closing so many stores! I will NEVER go to Starbucks again. Not only do they have ridiculous prices, but their coffee and service sucks!

Came in on Xmas, walked here, don’t have the mobile app, employee refused to take my order at the counter. I tried walking through the drive thru and the Kate refused to take my order. Horrible customer service. She says they cannot take my order due to saftey yet you allow a customer sit inside with 3 dogs that are clearly not service animals. Would it have killed you to be kind on a holiday? Starbucks hasn’t been my go to for a long time but due to this awful experience I will never give my money to Starbucks again. Absolutley awful.

Kate is the best — always friendly, always gets my drink right, and somehow puts up with my chaotic orders. Truly a Starbucks hero.

When someone asks for light ice, they give you extra ice. I get that the brown sugar shaken espresso is shaken with ice. Take some of that ice out or shake with less and then put more milk in. It’s not that difficult, but even when asking for it, they cannot get it right. I hate to send a drink back, but paying $6 for ice. Just give me a few more ounces of milk.

Btw this is every single time. Not just once. Please please please, learn what light ice means.

I had a Pumpkin Frapacino and my friend had a hot coffee. All very good, but prices are so high.

The experience this morning was very unsettling. It made my stomach sick. The barista working the window this morning around 8am was unpleasant and unfriendly.

When it's 2025 and the drive-through worker has a mask on I just keep driving thru. You can keep the coffee. I can't support people or a company we're science and data has proven masks in effective at the spread of COVID-19. When you include your politics in my coffee morning routine, I will find someplace else

I normally go to this cafe every Sunday and it is always perfect, but lately the barista has been very inconsistent in the preparation, both in terms of flavor and in the excessive use of ice, which seems like a rip-off to me. I don't want to base a bad review on one mistake, but please supervise the barista. Today was the 3rd time this has happened to me, 7/27/25
