So I got my usual drink that other Starbucks locations understand and they do it exactly how it’s supposed to be. At this location however, they gave me my cup less than half full and handed it to me expecting for me to take it. When I asked if they can fill it up why is it empty she charged me. They were also very rude and kept saying that they don’t do it this way. B I don’t care, it’s a custom order drink. Do it as follows. That’s what I’m paying for. Very disrespectful person taking the order and at the window taking payment. People can’t follow simple instructions and have no respect for people at all and still shove the pad in ur face asking for a tip. Haha. Won’t be going anymore.

I ordered through the drive thru and explained my order to where they got the modifications and the barista even said that the workers are hearing the modifications as I’m speaking. I pay for my drink and tip. Then, the barista hands me the drink and said “they accidentally added mocha, is that ok?” I immediately said no because I had asked for no mocha. She said she will have them re make it, she comes back 30 seconds later and proceeds to hand me the same cup that looks like the mocha was wiped off 😂 I told the barista, is this the mocha on the cup that you handed me and she asked if I could park around the corner so they can re make it. I pulled forward and waited about 3 minutes for my drink, the barista came out and handed me my drink, pushed out a “Have a good day”
Please don’t give the customers something they asked for, especially after tipping the barista. It’s not ok, mistakes happen but not will be ok with something they didn’t ask for in the first place and then force it on them. Thankfully I can tell how my drink is supposed to look, taste and I can speak up for myself.

Worst Experience at a Starbucks EVER! - Rude, Condescending, and Zero Customer Service
Visited this location on Friday for a large drive-thru order for my son’s birthday. I added a simple long pour triple espresso at the window, something I’ve ordered hundreds of times and is literally a button push on their machine. Instead of making it on the spot, I was told to park and wait. When it finally came out, it was clearly just an Americano (full of water) instead of a long pour.
When I went inside to have it corrected, I was met with arguments, condescending laughter, and dismissive looks. Three different employees brushed me off, one literally walking away while I was talking. Two spoke about me in front of me, and acted like I didn’t know my own order. I stood there ignored while they made drink after drink for other customers. When I asked if mine was even being made, I was told “we got it” in a snarky tone, but they still didn’t make it.
I walked out humiliated, frustrated, and without the drink that I paid for, and no apology. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. If you value being treated with basic respect as a paying customer, think twice before coming here.

This has been my go-to Starbucks since I moved here last year. I’ve always had great service and a lovely experience. The staff here go above and beyond. Today, I accidentally placed my mobile order to a former favorited location in my app- all the way in a different state. The manager (or owner?) here made my drink complimentary when it was my mistake. Those little things go a long way to really make customers feel valued and I appreciate what the team here!

It makes me so sad reading some of these reviews. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences every time I come. I'm disgusted to read how hateful and judgmental some people are to talk about another person this way. Please remember every employee is there to do a job and they are people too. You do not need to come on here and talk about someone's looks, voice, etc its disgusting behavior. As someone who has worked in a coffee shop before, it's not as easy as it looks. I give each one of them credit for tolerating such customers. 5 stars!!!

I am not sure if the individuals who reviewed (Mike and Rosie Williams, also wouldn't be surprised if they are the same people) are aware of the blatant sexism, racism, homophobia, and outright hatred they are publicly sharing, but it is extremely disappointing. First of all, what Mike posted is a disgusting lie that should never be joked about. Please get the help you clearly need and stop harassing people who are just trying to do their jobs. It is very sick and weird behavior. EDITED: Visited this location with my son last week, come to find out a male barista made an uncomfortable advance towards my child. Mind you my son is only 14 years of age, and looks his age. I did not see this interaction, although my son described the employee to be on the taller side, color in his hair and have a flamboyant voice. I have reached out to corporate. Very disappointing.

There is a, well, im not sure if it wants to be a guy or a girl.. ill call it a guy.. he is tall with bright red hair and he really should take a shower or at LEAST brush its hair, and then take a good long look in a mirror to figure out what gender it wants to be… Then there is a really skinny, again dont know if its a girl or guy, with flippy hair that just starts at me whenever i come in, and is very tweaker-ish. I feel so uneasy at this location due to these 2 guys/girls. Theres also a Mexican/native girl there that has the most dead eyes and no personality. Please employ better people, Starbucks :)
