I want to shout out the Starbucks inside Safeway there was a young man who went above and beyond for me and my mom. I wanted just a plain mocha frap but it wasn’t on the Menu but he made me one anyways also my mom wanted a smoothie and it was not on the menu but he made my mom a banana smoothie with the freshest ingredients he was also very neat and tidy sanitized everything

I absolutely love this Starbucks as their are the sweetest ladies working there!! They always make my drink just right too. Just moved to the area and have been to a few other starbucks but I love this one.

If a young girl named Addie is working, turn around and walk away. My wife and I approached the counter, and she literally sneered at us as she finished filling a pitcher. She walked up to the cash register and just looked at us. My wife had to say hi just to begin the interaction. As my wife ordered, Addie stared at me as if we were nothing but a bother. One of the most bizarre customer service scenarios I have encountered. This Starbucks needs to monitor their employees a whole lot better, and Addie needs to find a line of work that doesn't entail dealing with the public. Her customer service skills are non-existent. Won't be coming back.

The Worst Starbucks. Asked for a white chocolate mocha, and got white chocolate syrup with a little milk and coffee added. The grande was only half full, which could be the reason for it being so sweet, with the other half being complete foam.

The manager here was SO helpful and nice! I needed help with exchanging a tumbler and she helped with a smile. Best Starbucks experience in a while.

I love starbucks me and my girlfriend are above average customer's, we are even gold members. The reason for the review is that Safeway starbucks are horrible! This one mostly, but all of them together. They do not let you load money onto your starbucks app, also do not honor any of the promotions being a gold member offers(including free drink rewards). All the orders I have made at any Safeway have been below standard. The last order I made at this Safeway location was easy in comparison to my past experiences. I only ordered a venti iced coffee. I had to take ice out of my cup due to the mass amount of ice, so much I couldn't even get my straw in the cup. Once I was able to drink it there was maybe 4 and a half sips of coffee! Starbucks corp needs to step in and get control of how Safeway is representing there brand or consider pulling there locations out of Safeway's.
