I enjoy this location and the staff that serves everyone here. The seating fills up quickly on busy mornings but the overall atmosphere is inviting and they welcome you in with a smile. A remodel like the ones I've seen at other locations would likely help make this location even better!

I love the Starbucks on TP and FLW, tucked away in the shopping center. There’s no drive-thru, which adds to its charm. The staff is always friendly, drinks are great, and the fellow diners add to the ambiance.

Sarah was the worst employee we had to wait more than 20 minutes for our order when no one was there , and when we asked for water she was giving us attitude , Sarah find a different job away from customer service u suck in that aspect... will never come here again

They gave us a half full drink. Looks like someone else complained about this recently and the owner replied if they brought it up to a barista that it would've been remade, which is a lie because we did tell the barista and they said it was against store policy for it to be remade.

The gentleman waited until I had ordered and paid to notify me that they had dumped everything I ordered and closed down everything else and I could only have lemonade. “We close in thirty seconds.” was his response when I didn’t know what to replace my drink with. I told him I had wished he had mentioned that before I had paid. Wowzers.

Ordered an iced matcha latte and ended up finishing it way quicker than expected, looked at my cup and awe there was a ton of ice. I decided to let it melt to see just how much..turns out I paid mostly for ice/water.

Depending on the day and who’s working sometimes the caramel Frappuccino comes straight out of flavor, town and Instagram worthy looking drinks. Today, unfortunately I did not have that experience. My drink is very bland watery and just not very good so it’s 3 stars; because it’s inconsistent quality control
Which is disappointing because I tipped 50% on a $6 drink.

They should not allow online ordering when you only have 1 person making drinks on Sunday morning. 10 minutes past the time my order was due it was still no where insight to be made- so I ended up getting a refund. It’s not acceptable. I will not be going to this location every again
