I usually have good experiences at this location, but today was disappointing. I was running late and quickly walked up to the counter to ask for a cup of ice after placing my mobile order. Unfortunately, I interrupted the barista’s personal conversation, and she made it very clear with her attitude that I was an inconvenience. She handed me ice in a red Solo cup, which felt unprofessional, and when I politely asked for a regular venti cup with a lid instead, she seemed irritated. She threw the ice down and, in a rude tone, told me it would be 25 cents, which I was totally fine with. However, it took her nearly three minutes to find the button to charge me, all while clearly being annoyed. I get that everyone can have off days, but as a customer, it shouldn't feel like I'm intruding just by placing or modifying a basic request. What’s frustrating is that I’ve had amazing service from another woman who works here, she's always upbeat and super helpful. But today’s interaction was the opposite of that, and it really soured the experience.

Horrible! Asked guy to change the tv channel from annoting infomercials and he said he cant play the news cause people get into fights over politics. Thats bs! Manager was not there til 7. Kid just doesn't care. Noone is sitting in the lounge area. Dont go here!
