My iced tea was essentially water. I was running late back to work and didn’t try it till after I left and didn’t have time to return it. It’s nearly $5 for a tea which is ridiculous and then they don’t even steep it. I will not go back.

Apparently Starbucks doesn't make enough money to give you an ice water on 115° evening after you shop at safeway. She asked me for 25 minutes after I was very polite and told her I was thirsty can I get a glass of ice water and she I told her never mind when she tried to charge me and I walked away and as I was walking away she yelled have a nice night. When I didn't answer her because she didn't give me a courtesy of an ice water I'm obviously I didn't pay for one and she knows obviously that didn't make me very happy I wasn't mean to her about it I didn't say anything but she was being sarcastic and sure enough when I didn't answer she yelled out again two more times have a nice night demanding me to answer her. It kind of upsets me to think that a homeless man in the area and there are quite a few might come up and ask for for water ice water on a hot day and they might turn them away if they don't have 25 cents and I just think that she was so proud of herself and disgusting getting some kind of sick enjoyment out of denying water
