This was a great reminder of why I stopped going to Starbucks. I found out you have to buy something to get a cup of ice water. No big deal I get it I’m surprised they didn’t charge for the cup at least long ago. How I found out about it seemed very sharp and I was wasting her time. I’ve always tipped .50 cents a cup. I would have still even after buying a dried piece of sugar bread for $2.50. The entitlement and slickness that went along with it. No thanks. I’ve always like Starbucks ice water and I use to get drinks for all my employees every Friday. This was a reminder why I stopped.

Everything is fast, friendly but music is WAY TOO LOUD!! why does every Starbucks think it’s a club and not a coffee shop? Seriously isn’t there a corporate policy on music volume?

Came to the drive-through to order nobody took my order. It was 8 o’clock at night. The lady looked at very tired. Wanted to go home. She said she was the supervisor owner and her name was imagine. She was counting money and taking the order then she told me for me to go around again because She couldn’t hear me if you don’t like your job you should not work. You need to be happy and customers need to be happy as well. I’m definitely gonna call the corporate office and let them know what this employee did was very wrong when I was at the drive-through to order and she told me to go around I don’t understand how can you count money when you’re not even close yet?

Worst experience ever at this Starbucks. Starbucks employees have always been so happy and helpful. I have never had an issue until today. Not sure who the bitchy barista is behind the counter is but very bad attitude. The service was great at the register but once I inquired about the taste of my drink she made me feel bad and was very disrespectful. After that the atmosphere felt very tense and uncomfortable. I have not had an unpleasant experience at this location.
