Came to the drive-through to order nobody took my order. It was 8 o’clock at night. The lady looked at very tired. Wanted to go home. She said she was the supervisor owner and her name was imagine. She was counting money and taking the order then she told me for me to go around again because She couldn’t hear me if you don’t like your job you should not work. You need to be happy and customers need to be happy as well. I’m definitely gonna call the corporate office and let them know what this employee did was very wrong when I was at the drive-through to order and she told me to go around I don’t understand how can you count money when you’re not even close yet?

Worst experience ever at this Starbucks. Starbucks employees have always been so happy and helpful. I have never had an issue until today. Not sure who the bitchy barista is behind the counter is but very bad attitude. The service was great at the register but once I inquired about the taste of my drink she made me feel bad and was very disrespectful. After that the atmosphere felt very tense and uncomfortable. I have not had an unpleasant experience at this location.

Great coffee. The atmosphere is not cozy. The old-schooled, hard wooden chairs are not comfortable like most Starbucks. No drive-through order. Very small place and can get over crowded.

This specific location is the best Starbucks I have ever been to, and I’ve been to MANY. The moment you walk through the door, one of the staff members always greets you and acknowledges you. If they can’t help you immediately, they communicate that they will help you in a moment. Whoever the manager is of this shift and the entire staff needs a raise. In addition to the amazing staff, they are very particular about the way they make the drinks. I don’t know what they do different but the lattes, cold brews and espresso just tastes better and fresh at this location.
