Was at this location at 10:31 AM on Monday February 19th 2024. I walked up to the register and there was only one person waiting to get their beverage. The guy behind the counter did not even acknowledge me. when he finally got over to take my order, he was not friendly and did not even say a simple "hello." After he took my order, he proceeded to make my beverage. A moment later someone walked up to the register, but the guy behind the counter decided to greet this person instead, and even asked what they wanted and walked over to the register. Is it procedure to only accommodate customers whom you choose?? My beverage was sitting in the blender, while the guy behind the counter continued taking the other persons order... highly dissatisfied to say the least. Will not be returning which is a shame because I enjoy looking out to the McDowell mountains while enjoying my coffee.

For me, Starbucks coffee is too strong, but their Green Tea is quite refreshing and my go-to drink at Starbucks.
It's coffee. Staff is great. The deli counter has drip coffee too but my wife has a preference for here.
