We met a friend for coffee at the Starbucks at Hayden and Mountain View. The music was insanely loud, and every employee told us they could do nothing about it. It was a miserable experience. There was no dark roast coffee prepared, and the Americana with a shot of expresso was mediocre. Will not go back there.

I always utilize the drive in....very, very friendly..I just wish they wore badges with names. This location is on 92nd and Shea. I also frequent Pima Crossing and Shea...great staff!
