There was no line. I was the only car at 9:30 AM and they couldn’t even make my simple iced coffee correctly. Never been to this location before and won’t be back. Service wasn’t friendly either.

I just want to say how overly impressed I am with the level of customer service and professionalism all the staff members have. I’m a sucker for positive interactions and memorable customer experiences. It makes my day when I roll up to the drive thru and I’m greeted genuinely and happily. Most of the time it’s the guys in the drive thru and they are ALL super sweet and down to earth. I appreciate the positive experience I ALWAYS get from this Starbucks. Micheal is amazing worker and individual. This beautiful man turned my mishap into a simple to fix /no big deal. I made a mistake of picking a random frap and deviating from the classic Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap. MOCHA/JAVA MEANS HEAVY ON THE CHOCOLATE ?. Just a General Announcment? in case you like me thought it means coffee flavor.
The staff here were super helpful and friendly. Made me a good drink. Wanted to try a new one, explained what I liked, and was recommended to try something. They described it to me and it was so good.
