Drive-thru took a bit of time to get our order, though we were the only one in the line to be serviced, and one of the two drinks we ordered wasn’t as flavorful as what we are use too. Overall, positive experience.

They think they can tell you when to put in your mobile orders. I could put it in right before I get into the drive-thru line. What difference does it make if I order it on the app or at the drive-thru.

Convenient location in Old Town and with how busy of an area, service could be a lot better. I think it's missing the boat on delivering a high standard of service.

Had the worst experience here. Since Starbucks being the new go to coffee, you would think you would get it made right the first time. I used to work for Starbucks a while back and I know that it can be a stressful job but when there’s nobody in the drive-through and nobody in the lobby, you would think that they would have time to read the label. My drink was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked for it to be remade, the barista that originally handed me my drink, rolled her eyes, snatch the coffee from the counter and proceeded to make me a new one that now looks completely different from the first one. Don’t be in a customer service job if you don’t have any customer service or can’t at least fake it till you make it.

I went through the drive through today at 10:40 AM. Unfortunately it was a very poor experience at this location. The man in the window had so much attitude. After messing up the order, my husband kindly asked for his drink to be remade. The employee had a very negative reaction and demanded to drive around. He lacked any remorse or hospitality skills. My husband had to go back into starbucks 2x for the order to be corrected and both times was treated poorly by the same employee.

As a professional in the hospitality industry, I would highly recommend observing this employee’s behaviors and lack of hospitality skills and considering a retraining program ASAP. I am certain he deters customers daily. I will not be back.

Ordered a hot vanilla latte today (9/28 at 8:10AM) and it was horrible!! Extremely burnt, no vanilla flavor and not sweet at all. This is the most disappointing cup of coffee I’ve ever had!!

Absolutely appalled that they could get a cappuccino order so wrong and act like who cares. I had to ask for the price difference. I can't remember ever receiving such poor service from a Starbucks. Waited longer than I have ever waited for a correct beverage, usually Starbucks excels in this area.

Coffee was good, but this location is so crowded. It took a very long time to receive our order, and multiple guests who ordered after others were served first, causing frustration and multiple people questioning the staff. I think the location could benefit from another work station to improve output and guest satisfaction.
