Drive-thru took a bit of time to get our order, though we were the only one in the line to be serviced, and one of the two drinks we ordered wasn’t as flavorful as what we are use too. Overall, positive experience.
Coffee was good, but this location is so crowded. It took a very long time to receive our order, and multiple guests who ordered after others were served first, causing frustration and multiple people questioning the staff. I think the location could benefit from another work station to improve output and guest satisfaction.
This location is always so quick and so nice. I love when they do the free samples at the pick up counter too! Ginger in the drive thru is my favorite employee, she is so kind and always has such a great positive attitude. I’m always so happy to see she is working. This is my favorite Starbucks in Scottsdale. ??
