I went in to get my drink and they offered to remake it since sat for a few minutes. I didn't even ask. Thanks, you have a great team! I go to this Starbucks almost every morning and they always get my order right. The baristas are friendly and super fast, even when the line is long. My favorite drink is the iced caramel macchiato, and they make it perfect every time. The store is clean and has a nice place to sit if you want to study or chill. They also have great snacks and breakfast items. Mobile ordering works great here too—it’s super convenient. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. The people here seem to care and it shows. It’s a great way to start my day. Love this place!

Cold food, poorly made drinks, rude workers, and terrible service. I’ve been to this location, next to Snooze, a few times since it’s less crowded than the one on 92nd street & Shea but I’ll be going back to that store since they are way more consistent than this awful store. You would think the opposite since the one down the street is always busy and this store isn’t. More than half the tables were sticky, crumbs everywhere on the floor/tables, and dirty napkins, plates and cups were on the tables each time I came into this location. And don’t even get me started on the bathrooms! They were not stocked with any supplies and the trash was so full. I’m there around 10AM on weekdays so there should be no excuses for this. It’s never busy when I’m in there! The employees are always standing around, talking extremely loud, having inappropriate conversations and curse like there is no tomorrow! So unprofessional. I’ve also seen an employee pet a dog and another one touch their hair and then go back to work without washing their hands! So disgusting. I should stop putting money towards this awful company. Do better Starbucks.
