I spent five consecutive days at this location, staying for over seven hours each day. Although I don’t live nearby, my child was attending a camp in the area. Since my home is over an hour away, I chose to stay close rather than make the long drive back and forth. I decided to spend my time at one of my favorite places.
I can honestly say this was the cleanest, friendliest, and most welcoming Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
During slower moments, the staff didn’t just stand around—they were constantly tidying up. They cleaned everything down to the smallest details, like wiping syrup bottles, moving appliances to clean behind them, and refilling jugs. And they did it all with genuine smiles on their faces. As someone who’s a bit of a clean freak, I was beyond impressed. They went above and beyond all of my expectations.

Have never written a review before but at 2:30pm today went though the drive thru and blonde barista spoke so rude to me. Thought she might be having a bad day but she didn’t give me my food only my drink and then shut the window. I sat there waiting while I was looked at through the window and ignored by two employees. Eventually lightly honked hoping someone would come and again ignored. Went inside and asked for my food nicely again. She said she didn’t even ring it out and made me pay for it after I sat there just waiting. So rude. I get having an off day but it was just not my problem at all. So completely rude. Never even apologized just was rude again.

Been to a ton of Starbucks in PHX and this is the hands down the best one. Super clean and great spots to work and meet. Staff is extremely friendly. Met the manager Louisa who is doing an incredible job!

I love this store except for one of the shift managers I believe she is I unfortunately did not get her name she was working the drive thru window and was very extremely rude to me and my husband it really upset me because I love starbucks I go 2 -3 times a day however I won't be going back to that store.

I come here every morning for the same order, and the staff is always so sweet. They even write little notes on the bags, which makes my day. My coffee is made perfectly every time, and I’ve never had any issues with my order. I’ve tried other locations, but it’s just not the same—the baristas here truly make great coffee!

They messed up on my White Chocolate Mocha, 3x in a row. And when I went in to have them remake it, I was greeted with a ton on attitude and another wrong drink.

I've come to this Starbucks for more than 2 years and the employees have always been nice. This morning while helping pick up my table and bring it to the front counter, I got yelled at by one of the employees for inadvertently stepping on her floor behind the counter. I have never been spoken to with so much disrespect in my life. She obviously doesn't understand who her customer is. This woman should not be allowed to work with the public. She is horrible.
I would try to find a different Starbucks than this one unless you want to be disrespected with woke ideology. Starbucks have gone way downhill. 👇

Love this Starbucks. Go there often enough and employees start greating you by name. All staff members are great. Management, Luissa, is attentive and a great manager. Skylar, Maddy and Cameron are fantastic. Others are great too but I don't know all names. Clean bathrooms and clean lobby! And of course, coffe is also great!

This might be an underrated location. Plenty of seating and mostly quiet in the afternoons. Great service too. I wanted a decaf tea and Boris offered to steep and ice a mint tea for me.

Been going here for a while. The poor baristas look like they are held captive by the manager of this place. Seen her chastise and belittle employees. Feel so bad for the baristas because they work so hard and get no credit.
Seems to be understaffed before close and Sundays.
Music is way too loud to concentrate. Hurts my head. Heard that the manager won't let it be turned down.
Drinks and food are good at least. Can't beat a sbux chai but I won't get it here.
