The bathroom sink doesn't turn on with the motion sensor, making it impossible for employees to wash their hands. Gross!
With a Starbucks on every corner, I'll be sure to avoid this one from now on.
The manager should be ashamed to have his/her name and reputation connected to what is going on here.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks, I placed a fairly large mobile order under Victoria and and the hot drinks were only filled about halfway, which was frustrating. I also ordered a matcha with cold foam and there was barely any foam at all. On top of that, I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso that had absolutely no cold foam and wasn’t even closed to being filled properly- it honestly looked like someone took a sip out of it. For the price and the usual standards of Starbucks, this was really disappointing.

I have never had a bed experience at this Starbucks whether I’m just running in to grab a quick pick me up, or going in with friends to sit down and chat. Everybody here has a welcoming smile and never fail to tell me to have a great morning. Alex always greets me with a smile and I love getting to see everybody when I come in! Drinks are always hot/cold and delicious, never made incorrectly, and on time even when there are 9 cars in the drive through. I recently placed a mobile order at the wrong store and was so pleased when the baristas made my order right there for me and I was back on the road in no time. I will always stop here over another spot!

I had a great experience at this location today. All the baristas were very friendly and kind, the cafe was remarkably clean, and my drink was made perfectly. This isn’t my usual Starbucks location, but I pop in every so often. I’m usually very happy with my visit, but today was exceptional, and the baristas went above and beyond.
