Actually a nice big open area to sit. Lots of Starbucks are getting rid of that which is a mistake. Enjoyed a brownie and a caramel ribbon crunch. The drink was made well and the brownie was surprisingly good.

The customer service at this Starbucks location is disappointing. The staff seemed rude and short-tempered, making the experience unpleasant. Definitely not the welcoming vibe you’d expect.

This is my local Starbucks. I love the staff. They are efficient and wonderful.

Kid-friendliness: I have been going to this Starbucks for at least 11 years. I've introduced my kids to the staff. It's an efficient group that takes a moment to be cordial and give authentic smiles.

Outstanding service here. I rarely go to star bucks. Maybe 5x a year. But the girl working on 12/23/24 knew exactly how to make my drink. Mint mocha with almond milk decaf. ☕️. I also got a lot of gift cards for the airline employee's I encounter on my travels.

I don’t know if y’all got a disgruntled batch of humans or if they’re being treated poorly but my goodness, first and last time I’ll be going to this location. Everyone seems so unhappy. Went to order drinks for my team and left with anxiety. The girl who started my order was so aggravated helping me and had her shift lead take over because she was so annoyed with my order. I told the shift lead and while she was not rude, I don’t think she cared. Then the girl handing me the drinks seemed annoyed that I asked for a drink carrier. Terrible toxic energy at this location.

Just remodeled (9-1-2024)....very nice inside but WiFi not working yet....that's why I only gave it 4 stars. Friendly staff !

I just had the most disgusting protein box ever! The eggs were slimy and scary and clearly have preservatives on them, the apples were rotting and old, and the grapes were squishy and almost completely unedible. I have not been going to Starbucks for quite some time because the prices have skyrocketed, and continue to, the quality has dropped, you’re charging almost $5 for an iced tea, with all ice in it, and very little tea. Ridiculous. How much longer will Starbucks keep sticking it to the customer? At least offer high value for high prices.

Went through the drive through and ordered a Carmel ribbon w soy and a banana bread. The drink came with whip cream which I can’t have and that’s fine I’ll just scoop it off. However, I didn’t get my banana bread. When I called and talked to the manager he asked if I could pull in through the drive through again, and I said I can’t I have to be at work at 6:30am and he said when will you be here next so I can take your name down. I said I don’t know maybe 30 days because I usually go to Dutch bros. and he said I’d have to come back within 7 days to get a credit of some sort. Happy Friday to me and $15.48 later. Thanks!

Dietary restrictions: I was still given whip cream and after scooping it off I ended up with half a drink, no breakfast and spent $15.48.

The lady making the orders was so rude! I ordered a pickup order and when I arrived, it wasn’t there even though it said it was ready.. Excuse me Mrs.
She said “hold” not do you mind holding or I’ll be just a minute. Just hold. I’ll drive a little further and go to my regular Starbucks on McCormick and Hayden where they’re all so nice every single day!
