I came to this Starbucks (Hayden Rd) and was approached by a barista asking if I had purchased anything — as if I couldn’t be there otherwise. I had just arrived and usually buy something after I finish working, which I told her only after she gave me permission to stay.
The interaction felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. I wasn’t being disruptive. Just sitting quietly on my laptop.
I’ve had similar awkward experiences at other locations, where staff interrupt just to “check in” or offer samples — but it never feels genuine.
Starbucks says it’s a welcoming space, but lately I’ve felt the opposite. I hope this is addressed.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years, and it’s been great to see how much it has improved over time. I remember when this location was much smaller — cozy, but often crowded and hard to find a seat. Since then, they’ve expanded by taking over the next-door space, and the difference is amazing!
Now it’s bright, spacious, and so much more comfortable. There are plenty of tables and seating areas for relaxing, working, or meeting friends. The atmosphere feels open and welcoming without losing that classic Starbucks vibe.
The staff are friendly, the drinks are consistent, and the whole place is always clean and well-kept. Whether you’re here for a quick coffee or to spend a few hours on your laptop, this location is a great spot.
It’s been awesome to watch this Starbucks grow — and it’s definitely become one of my favorite places to stop by.

Drinks always wrong I get a frap how hard is it to mess up I’ve worked in coffee for 5 years never have I ever had no many messed up or just overall nasty drinks that are basic I get an iced drink my cup has no ice and my drink is hot the people have nothing but sassy rude remarks when they can’t even do a basic drink correctly.

Actually a nice big open area to sit. Lots of Starbucks are getting rid of that which is a mistake. Enjoyed a brownie and a caramel ribbon crunch. The drink was made well and the brownie was surprisingly good.

The customer service at this Starbucks location is disappointing. The staff seemed rude and short-tempered, making the experience unpleasant. Definitely not the welcoming vibe you’d expect.

This is my local Starbucks. I love the staff. They are efficient and wonderful.
Kid-friendliness: I have been going to this Starbucks for at least 11 years. I've introduced my kids to the staff. It's an efficient group that takes a moment to be cordial and give authentic smiles.
Outstanding service here. I rarely go to star bucks. Maybe 5x a year. But the girl working on 12/23/24 knew exactly how to make my drink. Mint mocha with almond milk decaf. ☕️. I also got a lot of gift cards for the airline employee's I encounter on my travels.
