I ordered a venti brown sugar shaken espresso. It was all ice. A lot of money for not much coffee.

1 ice caramel macchiato, 1 slice of banana loaf, and
1 hot white mocha with whipped cream.
I have the Starbucks app. And they told me after I ordered that they Don't use the app, at that location, If They are Not going to use the App, then they should have a sign saying that they don't accept it there. Before people order! OR they should be able to use the app, for All Starbucks,!

The people working here are absolutely the most surly, gruff, abrasive, unhappy Starbucks employees I've seen in my entire life. They also don't listen to what you order, requiring me to repeat my order twice. They don't have drink stoppers despite it being the type of location where 99/100 customers are taking drinks to their cars! But worst of all, and the reason for the abysmal rating, is that their prices are EASILY 50% higher than any other location in this neighborhood. There's NO excuse for that and basically it causes me to avoid this location permanently. It's the same with the McDonald's closest to here, higher prices for no reason and standard pricing one block down the road. No clue why that is but if it were an extra dollar or even a dollar and a half, I wouldn't mind, but it's SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive here. Eye-wateringly expensive. Unreasonably and a little bit comically expensive. I've ordered a drink from this location for the first, only, and last time this morning. None of the staff cared, they were too busy fighting with an old man who couldn't figure out how the POS terminal worked, being really mean to him and insulting him because he couldn't work the machine. I think his fingers couldn't reach the buttons because they have a stupid rubber thing on them that blocks 2/3 of the digits so it's really difficult to enter a pin or phone number. TL/DR: save your money, skip this sbux.

Hello, my name is Harry, and I have Nonverbal learning disorder and mild autism. I shop at Safeway every day and consume many products daily from the store. I make it part of my routine and have memorized where all the products are.
Once in a while I like to reward myself and get a coffee from the Starbucks within the store. I like the ordering system and don't have to say much when I order. Today I saw an individual working in the store that has helped me before named Duquwan. He showed manager qualities and was helping another associate learn how to use the register. I asked if he was a manger and he said no didn't want to be one, when he was doing duties that managers do.
The reason why my visit into the store was horrible though, is there were two people in the store working and instead of helping me they helped another lady and choose not to make my drink. The associate was not doing anything and was not assisting in the process of making drinks.
I have had similar experiences like this recently at other places with terrible service. These individuals were told to make my food special, and they didn't.
I will not ever be returning to this Starbucks location ever again. I will shop in Safeway and say goodbye to Starbucks.

Please do not waste your time or money here the lady made every excuse as to why she couldn’t make me iced chai tea drink after telling me no Espressos or Frappuccinos could be made because she was “in cleaning mode” mind you they close at 8pm I was in at 5 pm! She was one of the rudest customers service attendant’s I have even encountered!
My drink was made well and the service was quick. The staff was friendly and I would visit again.
Sean help me his Pants were hanging down to his knees underwear in full display was pretty disgusting, also wasn't at his station he was behind me in the seating area eating 12/10/2021 530pm

?bad experience. The two girls who worked there were not friendly. I made a mistake in ordering and had the drink re-done for my daughter to have no caffeine in it, the girl threw the straw down and acted like we were bothering her . Never going to this location again.

There’s a crazy drive through queue happening at this location... some people are in the obvious line and others are cutting across the parking spaces and forming a random line. Good service in the drive thru and inside.
Victoria and Tammy are absolutely amazing. I started coming to this location not too long ago and every morning they greet me by name and know my drink order. Extremely professional, prompt, and friendly.
