I am writing this review as a former barista who worked at this kiosk. Unfortunately, the behavior of Elizabeth - Starbucks’ lead - led to my departure from the company, as I could no longer accept her harsh and unkind words towards me. Once, when I had exchanged a broken tumbler for a customer (after getting the ok from the assistant lead), I was greeted with a note. Boldly written in all caps were the words “NOT ACCEPTABLE!! WHERE’S THE REST OF THE CUP??” It was signed Elizabeth, and the author herself took the aforementioned tumbler from where she had prominently placed it, and walked to the end of the kiosk where it was then smashed on the floor with the phrase, “stupid customers,” accompanying it. This was one of many such notes. In addition, her “favorite” customers received free cake pops and her “scheduling” breaks left me single-handedly running the kiosk for hour(s) at a time. I feel that the public has a right to know what kind of qualities Kroger/Starbucks look for in a manager, as well as what kind of person they allow to serve their guests.

Team lead, Elizabeth, was doing excellent at making the products we ordered. However, she made zero eye contact, no smile, and she was very monotone. She was there alone, so it could be that someone called out and she was frustrated or something going on in her life outside of here. Unfortunately, when you're in physical customer service, you must have a nice and kind demeanor. If something's wrong, go have a five minute freak out in the bathroom and take a few deep breaths, then return to your spot, knowing it's alright.
Also, I loathe cross contamination, and the tongs were used not only for my sandwich but for my coffee cake as well on one sheet of paper in the oven. That is not okay, especially when I don't eat meat. Idk what else those tongs have touched...

NOT A DRIVE THROUGH! ITS INSIDE FRY’S!!
I think you guys should maybe look into training (specifically empthazing)Melissa clearly did not want to be there and was rude to every customer I watched her help. She made my drink the wrong size and then continued to argue with me telling me I was the one was wrong. Not a single sorry or let me remake it. She just argued with me continually saying “I didn’t make it wrong, you ordered wrong” I work in customer service and what she did was blatantly disrespectful. I hope she finds a different job that she doesn’t hate.I hope you guys find this message helpful in terms of staffing. I help people everyday that are disrespectful with a smile on my face asking how we can resolve the issue. Clearly it’s not trained here. I’ll make sure reviews reflect. Hope everyone else had a lovely day.

Much slower than a typical Starbucks. Only 1 person working.
There was only one lady working behind the counter but I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently she worked even with a small line. Thank you rose!

My husband & I like to get a frappuccino and then go shopping! ? I like that they made it bigger!???
Hate coffe
Waited for 20 minutes for an iced tea
Elizabeth and Rose were incredible, and were great about my ridiculous order. Speedy service and precision accuracy on the order.
An unfriendly environment, open to the Fry's grocery store. No ambiance, and it seems to be a summer spot for the bus station. One time was enough.
