NOT A DRIVE THROUGH! ITS INSIDE FRY’S!!

came in at 6:15ish. Store Manager ELIZABETH is not welcoming at all. i came in said hello. she said "how can i help you" (while putting pastries in their spot) i say "oh whenever you're ready i can wait" she says "HOW CAN I HELP YOU" i proceed to tell her my order and she stops me and says hold on because my order was on obviously too long to just remember hence why i said i would wait along with her being busy in the moment. Not only does she make my drink wrong but when i ask her to correct it she says "i did put a splash vanilla sweet cream" when it was clearly over just a splash. Needs to work on customer service.

I think you guys should maybe look into training (specifically empthazing)Melissa clearly did not want to be there and was rude to every customer I watched her help.She made my drink the wrong size and then continued to argue with me telling me I was the one was wrong. Not a single sorry or let me remake it. She just argued with me continually saying “I didn’t make it wrong, you ordered wrong” I work in customer service and what she did was blatantly disrespectful. I hope she finds a different job that she doesn’t hate.I hope you guys find this message helpful in terms of staffing. I help people everyday that are disrespectful with a smile on my face asking how we can resolve the issue. Clearly it’s not trained here. I’ll make sure reviews reflect. Hope everyone else had a lovely day.

I've been visiting this Starbucks the last few Friday's, and want to applaud the gentleman who is working. As a former Starbucks franchisee, I understand the need for only one staff member. He does a really nice job, and is very polite, friendly and quick. I notice this store does a lot of on line orders, which seems to be a good source of revenue. I only have four out of five stars, for the dining area could use some attention . I'm not sure who manages this (Fry's or Starbucks), however this young man can't possibly do it all. I'll be back to support him.

An unfriendly environment, open to the Fry's grocery store. No ambiance, and it seems to be a summer spot for the bus station. One time was enough.

Ordered an iced Americano, saw batista pour some coffee from a pitcher into cup. I always order iced Americanos, have never once seen anyone pour it from a pitcher. I asked him "is this iced coffee?", and he just lied to my face as if I didn't just see him do it and said "no, it's an Americano". If you're too lazy to make the shots, then charge me for an iced coffee

I came to this Starbucks to grab a ice coffee. The two employees that's where working around 1120 am have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER.. THEY ARE JUST RUDE EMPLOYEES RO EVEN BE WORKING THERE..

I am a merchandiser, I service this Frys weekly. I always buy a drink and a cheese danish from the Starbucks there. Both ladies working morning shifts are horrible. My visit was 5/15/2021 around 12 pm I asked for a tea and was rushed by the cashier she kept waiving her hand for me to hurry and punch in my pin all while rolling her eyes. Poor customer service after. I asked for a cheese danish second lady told me that they have no working ovens so if I want to buy anything I have to take as is ?. Not even a sorry for the inconveniences nothing. Idk what kind of customer service they were given. It’s the worst Starbucks not mentioning it’s filthy.

I gave up waiting in line. 3 in front of me. Waited as long as it should take for 3 to get orders took. Still dealing with first customer that who knows how long they were there before I arrived.All good, not like my order at any Starbucks from east to west coast has ever even once been correct anyways, which is why I only come when I have a gift card to use
