The female barista with long brown curly-ish hair, working at 1215pm today Saturday the 22nd has terrible customer service skills. Before I could even finish explaining my order she interrupted me with a long explanation and direction on what I should order as Starbucks does not have a button for an iced cortado. I am well aware they don’t have this and still manage to achieve an order with every barista across North America without an issue. She then went on to say they can’t make this because a cortado needs foam on top - this is incorrect and I told her this as she suggested I order espresso with cold foam... In the end when they were making my drink I could already see she was going to make incorrectly and so I politely asked her to just add ice into the espresso and I would put some milk in myself at the station - she then aggressively said - that’s what I told you before is that it would be espresso with ice and cold foam on top and I said - cortados do not have foam and she started arguing with me in front of other customers with an attitude - yes they do ! So I just stopped talking and she passively aggressively handed me the cup no lid etc and went on her way. I don’t even need to go into the fact that we own a cafe in New York to say that whether this barista thought she was correct or not, cutting off a client with an attitude, arguing with them, especially in front of other customers and having such a sour disposition like this is totally unacceptable in any type of customer service position, let alone Starbucks, the place that is known for upbeat and positive customer first experience. It takes 2 seconds to do a simple google search on how to make a cortado so to have a staff member working at a coffee shop arguing with clients about this is beyond weird. I would not have this girl working for me, I’ll say that.

Not one of your 3 worthless female co-workers cared to say hi to me this morning. Just had me standing there for 10 minutes until I was finally greeted. I will be contacting corporate regarding this.A simple hi goes a long way especially when someone is dealing with loss, and injury. I’ll never step foot in this Starbucks again. One of the blonde girls looked at me 4 times at least, but was more concerned to talk to her co-worker and do absolutely nothing else. Pathetic
Andrew was fantastic, drinks not only noticeably more tasty at this location but the service also went over and above!

@google, I wish I could dislike (thumbs up or down) other reviews. It's far time to change the algorithm and put reviews on a weighted scale. Most of these 1 star reviews are idiotic, irrelevant and harsh to say the least. People, ... don't bother writing a 1 star review over a single encounter and your hurt feelings!For example: @d sander "app never works seamlessly. Not this store in particular."So write a review of the app! ugh!People just want to be heard and whine, so they leave a 1 star instead of honesty and really evaluating their entire experience.Anyway!! The staff here is amazing! Nick, Jenny, Haley, Marissa, Ashton, to name a few. 9 times out of 10 I'm greeted with a smile and hello upon arrival. Barista's offer me suggestions when asked and are always eager to be helpful to my dumb questions like "how do I know how many points are expiring?"Most of the time I go get coffee here for the people interaction and warm welcoming not the coffee. The coffee is just an added bonus. The staff here takes pride in there work and gives the locals a sense of community.You all are appreciated, keep up the great work!

Really odd. This Starbucks has been giving a few bags of coffee to our non-profit event each year. This time the manager, Nick, could not have been ruder as he said, "Not this year." He demeanor was quite shocking and Starbucks deserves
