This place is a hidden gem! The staff is a super friendly, shout out to Karissa and the bar manager, I can’t disclose my fave beer because once it’s tapped it’s gone but none the less, amazing beer, bravo brew masters 👏🏽, staff friendly, art work is A+, and the meatballs + cauliflower buffalo 🤌🏽

Scottsdale. Damn you're lucky. Here's another local brewey who brews very well. I had a couple flights and the Royal with Cheese (did you know that's what they call a Big Mac in Amsterdam?) Great beers here. Nice atmosphere. Lucky you Scottsdale.

We were a little hesitant to come here based on such mixed reviews and when we pulled up there was only one table being used at dinner time but this place was amazing! The hostess and server were both great and super friendly. They let us try some beers before deciding on what to drink. We all ordered a different burger and we were all really happy with our selection. Definitely come try this place and we can't wait to eat here again when back in Scottsdale!

I am huge fan of this place. Please note that I primarily come here for the beer and appetizers. The main dishes are decent, but that’s not why I come here. I really their like their meatballs appetizer and just about every beer on tap. I specially recommend their Hefeweizen and all of their hazy IPAs.

State 48 Brewing is an absolute gem! Our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to our phenomenal server, Shay. She was easily one of the friendliest and most attentive servers we've ever encountered, going above and beyond to accommodate our unique requests with a smile. The service was prompt, accurate, and truly elevated our visit.
The brewery boasts an impressive range of beer selections, and we opted for a flight of five different beers, each ranging from very good to outstanding. The blackberry gose stole the show as our favorite! To complement the drinks, we ordered a variety of appetizers—nachos, pretzels, onion rings, and wings—all of which were expertly prepared and absolutely delicious.
The beer was so fantastic that we couldn’t resist taking some home. State 48 Brewing far exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great brews, tasty food, and top-notch service!

We’ve been here several times and each time the service has gone down. When we went in tonight, we didn’t have any service. After 20 mins of no server, I approached the bartender. He said he’d send a server, who never showed up. MANY servers walked past our table and didn’t bother to greet us. We definitely felt unwanted here so ended up just leaving bc we were SO hungry. If you want great service, I would go to OHSO across the street which is where we ended up.
