Came here on our trip to AZ for my birthday and STK made the first night very memorable! Our waitress Amber was one of the best, from menu selections to curating drink options she was on it! Would highly recommend to any of my friends coming in to the area for a first night dinner! The jalapeño shrimp are to die for!

Our first time and it was an incredible experience. From cocktails, tuna tartare and jumbo crab cake to the tomahawk, lobster tail and delectable dessert. Everything we ordered on the menu was absolutely delicious and our waitress, Izzy, took such great care of us. She educated us on what to expect with our experience, kept an eye on our cocktails so we were never empty, and answered any questions we had about the menu. Will definitely be coming back!

The food was amazing! It's our second year coming to STK for our anniversary and they did not disappoint. Jared was a phenomenal server. Our steak was delicious and the sides were to die for. I highly recommend coming here for any occasion!

Absolutely terrible experience. Hostesses kept leaving her post so we waited to be seated for 15 mins looking dumbfounded at the door. Came for happy hour but was seated at a table and told it was an issue and was treated as such because it changed to it’s no big deal after having a confused look. My meatballs were cold. The burger we got was pink after asking twice if it would be well done. My $28 Cesar salad was warm and could taste the dairy so much since it was warm. The $21 truffle fries were old and super oily. The $5 sprite was out of syrup. I understand this place just opened but people come for the vibes. We go to all the ones from San Juan, to Chicago now Scottsdale and this was the only bad experience. $80 plus tip to leave super disappointed. Only good thing was our waitress from Minnesota was very nice but the other staff and food were horrible.
Update:2/2/2026 no reply from Katie. Said she’d call but nothing. It’s absolutely terrible to receive this kind of service then think you’ll get some kind of resolution to get nothing. SMH!

What can I say and where to start. Overpriced for ok food. They charge you for water and please say no the butter cause thats how they get you as well. The waiter never stated upfront that there is a charge for water and upcharge of some butter thats just barely good. I sent my steak back twice cause it was leaking blood when I stated med well. the last time it cane out, it aas charred and the flavor was nit there. Very very very disappointed in the food. My fries gave me high blood pressure with the amount of salt on them. The coke was flat and we told the waiter over and over. Will I return, i highly doubt it unless this is taking into consideration. Please see bill below

Amber was very delightful and very attentive and sweet . She made sure that my cousin had an amazing birthday dinner celebration and was on top of our food order. She corrected my alcoholic beverage as I was not a fan of the first one and didn’t make me feel bad about it. Made Reservation. Met with wait and chaos. Wasn't sure if we had a table or not. Then ordered drinks. 40 min to get them. Bread came at an hour. Food took 1 hour 20. Steaks under cooked and resolved but another 20 minutes. Medium is pink not red in middle. Total 2 hours and honestly wasn't worth $276. Chain restaurants have provided better steaks and better service sadly. Waitress came to our table 5 times in two hours.

The new location was such a disappointment! The restaurant is now smaller, the aesthetic is not it, they don’t have sparkles anymore because the ceiling is low, for my birthday they wanted to give me 2 scoops of icecream after spending $300? I would never go back to STK for the price you’re better off going to Dominic’s or maple and ash.
I’ve been to STK in Las Vegas. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go to. This is our second time to the one here in Scottsdale. I must say tho, this second time was definitely THE BEST of all. YAYA, (our server) I believe that’s her name and I don’t know if im spelling it correctly. I have to say, from the moment she greeted us to the moment we left she was on it. She made our whole time there one of the best experiences. I rarely do this but moving forward we will have to request her if she’s not there I wouldn’t go to be honest. She covers every part of being a server and exceeds your expectations. I promise you guys if you get her your time at STK will be one of the most memorables. Thank you yaya for your lovely personality and service.

The atmosphere was probably the best thing of the night. The food is way over priced for what you actually get. They charged 9$ for steak sauce and the food was crappy. At one point after waiting for our server at one point, another came up and asked if we need anything because our server went to her car! lol I paid just as much as I would at Steak 44. I will not be back and I will not recommend to any of my friends. And the seating is crappy when paying $150 per person.

Amber was fantastic and took superb care of us-she was knowledgeable, professional, hilarious and made us feel right at home. The setting was perfect, upscale but cozy, relaxed and fun. The food was literally to die for, our steaks were cooked to perfection and the Truffle Butter… LORD! You have to try it. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.
