It was a great Friday night. And the restaurant was amazing and the worker Eddie was amazing and was on point with with everything we asked for. He had great customer service and fulfilled our every need!
Service was slow and inexperienced, as well as the Manager. All the meat was over cooked from the short ribs 2 orders to the steaks 4 & two guests sent back & they took at least 15 minutes this was not “On the fly” and again overcooked. I'm not sure who's on their broiler, but might want to rethink that as well as the expeditor. We'll try again, but not impressed wouldn't recommend.
Major disappointment. We will not be returning. My husband ate half of his meal alone as our server forgot to order my food dairy free, as requested multiple times prior to ordering. My steak came at the same time as his, the server realized that she forgot to order it correctly, removed my food and so he ate alone for the next 9 minutes until the correction was made. For the price of the food... the evening should be flawless. There was no offer to compensate for anything, just some thank you's for your patience. Of course we were patient, we had no option. But I was extremely irritated that she didn't even accommodate the time lost eating together. I should have been more vocal at how disappointing and frustrating this was but I also should not have to at a place that is so expensive. This was their error and not ours.
Decent brunch but not worth the price. The $5 Mimosas were the only thing reasonable which is to be expected at STK. I think we were one of only 2-3 tables in the entire place at 11am. The music was good and they had a live guitar playing with the DJ which was cool.

Our waitress was out of this world. The calamari was very good. I had the free range chicken, it was small and verycrispy (which would be fine if there was enough tender meat to make a meal.) Was really disappointed for the $25 price. Thankfully, there was plenty if vegetables.

First and foremost ALL restaurants must be handicap accessible! The non working and staff that has no knowledge of how to work the elevated lift in front of restaurant is against the law and UNACCETABLE for the caliber portrayed on restaurant. Unaccomodating and rude front desk staff and manager on duty are the face of your business! My suggestion to owners are retrain your staff!! I have managed world class fine dining restaurants in Chicago for 20 years. You have much to learn on customer service start to finish. Food was just fair. Future customers pass on this restaurant, there are many by far better restaurants in Scottsdale to choose from

My 7 buddies and I booked this place during our annual golf trip as our last night dinner. The atmosphere is modern and fun. The server and staff were on it all night. We ordered the calamari, got a round of cocktails and they served us bread with blue cheese butter - all delicious. We got a few bottles of wine, most are higher priced than other restaurants.So far we’re at an average score, then the disappointment comes. We got the porterhouse, tomahawk and seabass, and a number of sides. The sides were pretty good, but nothing amazing. The piece of seabass was so tiny that not everyone at the table got a bite. The steak wasn’t seasoned at all outside the rock salt added at the end and neither had any sear whatsoever. STK may be good at many things, but they weren’t good on this one night for the most important thing. Considering the price this doesn’t live up to any expectations for anyone in the group.

First time there for Happy Hour. Great view on the rooftop and service! Had Alex as our waiter and he exceeded expectations. I will definitely request his service next time. The martinis definitely did the job.
Pocahontas gave us the best experience! We came in with a few friends for after-dinner drinks on the patio and she made it amazing. She treated us with a champagne toast to celebrate our engagement with a champagne toast and starters! So freaking sweet. The manager came and served our bottle of wine which was a great touch. We will definitely be coming back!

It sucked honestly, the shrimp was undercooked it needed 30 more seconds. The filet cut was mediocre. The mashed potatoes were to salty. I didn't like the sweet tangyness to the Brussels sprouts & my dad wasn't a fan either ?. The service sucked, the waiter wasn't attentive at all.

Pros - Alex the waiter!!! Alex went above and beyond to give us a nice day despite our challenges! Cons, not telling us the rooftop is closed on Sundays (per my OT request), not enough shade on the lower patio, the food was cold and not crispy, the prices for the food did not live up to expectations, no volume for the musical guest, the lack of attention to detail regarding my reservation request (I would have appreciated a call about the rooftop so I could have picked a different venue)! Today is my husband's 60th birthday and it was disappointing. Also, the hostess's lack of hospitality and lack of attention to detail was frustrating. I was told beforehand that this restaurants food was not great but i decided to try it. And i don't think i ever would again the steak seemed raw even though we got medium well and medium. But in the bright side our server AJ/Alex was one of the best servers i've ever had so energetic and had a great personality which is hard to find with waiters so beyond grateful for that!
