I've been hearing lots of good things about Stratta Kitchen, so my wife and I drove 45 minutes to try it out. After eating, I would have drove 3 hours. This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, great atmosphere, incredible food, even better people. I had something not on the menu, rigatoni with braised short ribs and a red wine sauce, also tried the swordfish tacos, and my wife had butternut squash soup; she said it was the best she's ever had. The chef personally came...
90% of the dishes have either eggplant, hot peppers, or both. I love fresh food and vegetables, but I don't eat anything spicy and I can't stand eggplant. The steak wrap was delicious, everyone was very nice, and it's a cute place. I won't be going back, though.
TRY THIS PLACE. We've ordered Door Dash from Stratta a few times & everything has been exceptional. The hummus is the best I've had; the crudite are fresh & extremely high quality. The salads & bowls I've tried have all had top-notch, fresh ingredients. So glad I stumbled upon this gem.
