Subway

I went to this subway for lunch, and after I oredered- I could not find my wallet. I was frantic. I wound up canceling all my credit cards and had a stressful week. A wonderful employee David, came to my house tonight and said we have your wallet- I had dropped it on the floor- and thought I had lost it. He was so kind- I offered him a reward- and he said that's OK.

I recently ordered a sandwich through the subway app. When I went to pick it up there was Nanny's on the sandwich which I did not order. I was told by one of the workers that they absolutely would not remake it for me however they could offer me a napkin to wipe it off. It is really unfortunate this type of service is still out there. I myself work in retail and know what good customer service is and this was not it. I will let everyone know who goes there for lunch as it is right down the street from where I work.
After a 25% tip and a $19 sandwich, I left with a bad taste in my mouth.
The taste wasn't mayonnaise, it was the lack of making it right for the people who choose to give you their business.

fast service on to go order sandwiches were waiting and i only ordered a few minutes before arriving. perfectly crafted artisanal subs. The sandwich Artist was friendly and professional. 13$ for 2 foolong subs what a deal with the bogo deal.

This Subway location does not disappoint!
I’ve reviewed this store in the past and wanted to give another 5 star rating. My sandwich I ordered tonight on the app was assembled perfect. I’ve never had a sub from this store that was made poorly. Thank you once again for the great customer service. Would recommend this location to everyone who lives locally!

This is normally my favorite/go to Subway. The Sandwich I ordered online this morning was so horrific, it ended up in the Trash. I ordered an All American Club on Wheat, Toasted otherwise traditional. Simple Right? Should've checked the sandwich before I left the store! She forgot to add the cheese and Bacon. The Sandwich had four times the normal Mayo and Onion, and the Bread was absolute garbage, no telling how old and stale. One Bite, and in the trash, pretty brutal and sad...

We went and the manager was the one who attended us. We asked for a subway from the promotion and she never said they were meatballs. The attention was terrible. The manager was very rude. I'm allergic to the condiments she put in that subway. I told her that I wanted to return it and she didn't want the meat. It smells bad. She went to store 7620

Was happy with the service. The only thing I can say is with toasting my bread it get a little to hard. Other then that I will continue to come back.

I went into to this location this afternoon to order a sandwich. As I entered the Subway, the employee behind the counter was in the process of ringing up a customer. After the employee finished ringing up the customer, she proceeded to the area where I was (where customers place thier sandwich order) WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! The employee then asked me something along the lines of, what would I like to order? The employee did not even bother to change gloves after ringing up her previous customer's order!

This practice of Sub Way employees not washing their hands afrer handling cash, debit cards or other payments is not sanitary or acceptable! Especially during the cold ,flu and what ever else is going around season!

I did not care to pay money to eat a Subway sandwich that could have made me sick due to the Subway employee's dirty gloves!

I left without placing an order. It was disappointing because I wanted to buy a sandwich!

so full disclosure. I've been to Subway many times but this time i was actually out taking pictures at sunset for my insta (@american.dream001) and you know, I'm staying hydrated out there and whoops well u know. anyway, i went in and asked very nicely to use their bathroom and get some water. THEY WERE SO NICE! so long story short, dearest Subway, you get six stars actually. and I promise, I'll be by for a sandwich very soon. maybe even tomorrow. not sure.

Subway: an American standard, plus nice and a restroom if you need it.

also, i was by at 5:50 pm on 01/24/25. they were busy and still talked to me. give them a raise or a bonus or something!

Vegetarian options: just get bread with vegetables if u want. i mean, you might wanna put some sauce on it, but no pressure!

Dietary restrictions: they have something for just about everyone - not sure about gluten free. i mean, it is a sandwich

Parking: 500 parking spots. many available because frys isn't here anymore. so, just bring everyone you know (if they like delicious sandwiches) 🥪❤️🛐

Kid-friendliness: this is a ridiculous question. of course they're kid friendly. it's subway for the love of - 😡 sorry subway, I'm mad at the question, not you. best sandwiches EVER.

Wheelchair accessibility: yes, very accessible. it's actually so accessible there isn't even a ramp. just level from street to sidewalk 👍 and i just saw a sign that they welcome service animals actually. well played, subway, well played. everyone needs a sandwich sometimes. 🤓😉

Food is good. 6.99 sub deal right now is a great deal. That got me back into subway as a regular customer again. The manager at this location does not know how to communicate to customers. She is way to direct and emotionless. She seems bothered to be talking to you. I have experienced this multiple times. As a local business owner and 6 year GM for a large company, I would never communicate the way she does. I never got into with her. I just took notice of how she is. She needs to be removed. I reccomend the owner, who Im sure is paying a pretty penny for this corner cap, to send a secret shopper in here who messes up there order or something and see how she responds. You will quickly find she is not the right fit for management.
