I was there this weekend for my son’s soccer game and it wasn’t at all busy no line when I walked in , the older lady was just plain rude she has no adequate customer service . She was yelling at me I’m not sure if she couldn’t hear but if she couldn’t hear she could have said something . when at checkout she was trying to tell me the way she marked both my subs but my son was talking to me so I was not looking at her and then said something under her breath in Spanish “ esta me esta ignorando” .. i speak and understand fluently Spanish !! So out of line . Girl at checkout was rude too once they both made eye contact overall bad experience. Won’t come back again

Took a trip here on Saturday girl was friendly but forgot my cookies. Came in today Monday to get sub and my missing cookies manager was abrasively rude dirty look and just overall depressing. She also tried to tell me that wanting my meat not to be with my cheese was incorrect and i sould have my sub the way that SHE wanted to fix it. Also just huffy through the whole experience. She also goes on to look me up and down to not believe me when i say that i was the one missing cookes even though i called in saturday. If her dirty look could light me on fire i would be in heaven now. I go to subway 5 times a week will never go back to this one. I love the Raintree location. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. That includes getting almost shot at the mcdonalds in Phoenix!

We used this location for a large order for a school event and the owner and staff were great to work with.

Would give a zero to this location if I could. When we came in we ordered three subs, the sandwich maker set out one piece of bread and said “you didn’t tell me the bread for the other” once we said the kind of bread he put out a second piece. Unsure if he heard us say three, we said “we need a total of three subs” and he rudely said “I know. You’ve said it three times”. From our perspective, we were unsure if we were heard correctly and just wanted to make sure we got what we ordered. We will not be going back to this location. This subway needs to improve their customer service big time.
