I placed an order online today and when I got there to pick it up it wasn’t ready. The older lady at the cash register started making my sandwich and was having trouble reviewing my order on the ticket she had. She didn’t put the cheese or spinach I asked for. She must have looked at my build ticket for the order 5 times but still couldn’t get it right

I don't eat much on the subway as soon as I get in I stop at the first check out and Ramon looks at me with a look like WHAT DO YOU WANT?? He points out that I have to order from the other side and he looks at me as if I was stupid!!! Afterwards I told him to give me the Meal of the day for 6.99 and he gave me a footlong without asking me if I wanted to upgrade!

The philly steak was absolutely disgusting. Subway has fallen off with quality product. Customer service was decent tho.

Second subway that cancels my order, first one told me they were out of bread and wanted to give me a salad, second one told me they were out of pepperoni, told me they would refund me but now I have 2 refunds that take 2 days to get back to my bank, asked if I paid in store if they would just honor the special since I didn’t want to have 3 orders of subway, they told me no, waste of my time.

I went to pick up my online order at this subway and the girl that helped me acted incompetent. She was a tall skiny brunette with glasses. I had two orders to pick up and she insisted I only had one order and didn't even bother to look for my second order. She forgot to put the cookies in my bag and when she did she got those wrong too. The cookies were crusty and old. My order was all wrong and when I got my meatball sub out to eat the meatballs were old and crunchy and impossible to chew. My food was cold and out right disgusting. For 50.00 I should have taken my business elsewhere. I will never go here again. Fix your store and please hire people who can follow simple directions.

The night female employee needs to be fired. Not only is she rude, but she acts like customer service isn't something that she should have. My family came and got food a few hours before I got home. My sandwich is wrong. Not how I like it or anything.nbrougjt it back with receipt and got told too bad by the to little girl employee. The boy just did as she told him. So now I have no dinner and I'm seriously mad. If you like places to behave like this. This is your place. But if you like to invest your money where they care for customers and see to it things are right. Never come here. Complaint filled with the higher ups. I am going to bed with no dinner and a 12$ bag of trash. 😡

Can't say anything cause I don't think I will ever be eating subway again
Two skimpy 12” subs were a real turn off! My sub club was made up of turkey, bacon and a slice of cheese. It should have been ham, beef and turkey (no bacon). What a big disappointment! Poor training of staff.

The nicest lady is working there. You all had just gotten the power back on. She was so sweet and patient with me. I have MS. I had a hard time focusing, and she was wonderful. I don't remember her name, but she made us the best meatball sub ever.

If this is double meat it is no wonder that subway is loosing customers to other sandwich shops. Tried to call and just get a message that voicemail is full. This is the 3rd time I have ordered double meat and not gotten it.
