Craving a rotisserie chicken sandwich for. While total wet meat disaster to go. Tossed the majority of the sandwich extreme shame at $18. The old rotisserie check was awesome this chicken had horrible flavor and soaked the bread. Tried to eat it but just couldn’t do it.

Cindy is a very bossy lady, She was bitching the whole time we were in line to the young kid Julio. I don't know how he can put up with that! She then accused my group for cutting the line. Clearly, we were there way before the other couple. She accused Julio for letting us cut. I told her we did not cut the line. The food isn't that good that we have to fight to get to the front of the line. She needs to work on attitude & treat her helper better. End of rant!

I had a coupon for the $7.99 foot long sub got a Tuna sub. They didn't honor the coupon. He took the coupon and threw it away. He charged me full price. Won't be going back to this one

I'm writing to express my consistent dissatisfaction with my experiences at this location. I have visited dozens of times, typically around 4:00 PM, and have frequently encountered several issues.
Specifically, I've noticed an unpleasant attitude from staff, and the store is consistently out of tuna or meatballs. Furthermore, I've been told that iced tea cannot be made because the store will be closing soon, which is frustrating.
I hope these observations can help improve the service.

This location is absolutely terrible. The service is slow and their online orders are always 15 minutes later than quoted. This last time was my last time supporting them as I was quoted 15 minutes, waited 25, and they claimed my order was never received - told me there was nothing they could do for me and wouldn’t issue a refund.
Me and my husband ate here a few nights ago, and the food was OK, I had the meatball sub, he had the roast beef, the service was prompt and friendly, so on these points, I give it a four-star rating.

Was just there to pickup my order. Amari, was working by herself. My online order wasn’t ready, which was ok I didn’t mind waiting, seeing that she was working really hard. She kept a smile on her face and greeted everyone walking in and kept a steady pace. She apologized for the wait, everyone there understood. She worked hard and was able to help walk-ins as well as online orders. My sandwiches were made well and as ordered. Great service!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏 to Amari !! Thank you

I placed an order online today and when I got there to pick it up it wasn’t ready. The older lady at the cash register started making my sandwich and was having trouble reviewing my order on the ticket she had. She didn’t put the cheese or spinach I asked for. She must have looked at my build ticket for the order 5 times but still couldn’t get it right
