Why have an app that don't work??? You can do everything but pay. I've tried using 3 different cards. I'll be deleting the app. I dont want to spend my entire break waiting for my sandwich to be made. 3x in a row.....

The workers will stare at you while you're waiting outside, and just simply not open the door. I was outside for 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open.

The food at this location is consistently good, but the service is hit and miss. They had signs up advertising a free bottle of Gatorade if you purchased a sandwich and chips. I explained to the cashier (male, late-middle age) that I planned on using that promotion. He was extremely rude and said “you want a free Gatorade…?” I tried to direct his attention to one of the signs and he was dismissive. Very rude encounter.

Burnt and stale and easily the worst subway I’ve ever had. After only two bites felt uneasy in my stomach. I wouldn’t be surprised if the chicken was bad… welp $15 down the drain. Called about refund and they basically laughed at me. That’s what i get for choosing subway I guess.

I did a mobile order and used the FLBOGO deal buy 1 get 1 free. Well either I made a mistake or the app did because only one sandwich came through. The lady working texted the boss with a picture of my FLBOGO deal and management denied my request for a 2nd sandwich. I tipped the sandwich makers $20, but that type of relationship management I will not support and I implore others to skip this Subway location.
I recently had a frustrating experience at Subway. I placed a mobile order for a simple 12-inch steak, egg, and cheese sandwich a few minutes before noon. When I arrived, the place was extremely busy, with just two hardworking ladies struggling to keep up with the demand. I waited several minutes near the pickup area, which seemed to be completely ignored for online orders.
After realizing no one would acknowledge me, I joined the back of the line and waited another 10 minutes. When I finally got to the counter and informed them about my online order, they found it sitting behind them, already prepared. I had wasted over 20 minutes for an order that was ready but not placed in the designated pickup area.
This experience highlights poor management and organization. The staff working there were clearly overwhelmed, and it’s unfair that they have to deal with such chaos. Given the high cost, mediocre taste, and poor service, I won’t be using this Subway—or likely any Subway—again. Save yourself the trouble and try somewhere else. This spot is a dud.
