I came in smiling for a veggie pattie & left frowning. (I've gotten service from recovering addicts in Mesa with better service than this location here in Scottsdale). 1) the guy serving me walked up without switching to new gloves. 2) He heated my veggie pattie with another customers meat. 3) As the food was heating, he began moving pans and food around toward the back, came back and took my food out and started putting on veggies for me--all with the SAME gloves that STILL haven't been replaced and that has collected more germs and debris from touching other things. (Imagine someone wearing gloves as they worked throughout the kitchen in their house, side wiping their hands on their jeans, and then immediately pulling out fresh meat & vegetables and started preparing everything together for their kids--one vegetarian and one not). And mind you the woman is snapping at the older man they prepared my pattie with because he couldn't hear her loud enough--after going out and apologizing to him and telling him I didn't leave a tip and would write a review, he confirmed he was in the military around fighter jets and his hearing wasn't so good but that he noticed everything I did. Teens with recording glasses and time to file complaints are welcomed here!!!

If you want your sandwich done right and fast you’re gonna ask for CARMEN. Not only is she an expert at what she does but she works enthusiastically; a noticeable contrast with most workers. CARMEN is a great listener with natural people skills, she’s great!

Our food was fine but the employees are incompetent. I had downloaded the app in order to receive a free 6in sub with the purchase of a foot long sub neither employee knew how to execute the coupon very disappointed
