Wife and I had a craving for ‘breakfast for dinner’ :) we did a quick Google search, and gave summit a try. What a great surprise, tucked away in a plaza we frequent quite often. The service was great. Prompt and friendly greeting, and the skillets and omelettes were amazing. Great selection of offerings, and reasonably priced.

Meh. I guess this place is known for breakfast. That said I ordered the chicken fried steak that was the frozen pre-made stuff that other diners like Randy's serve versus tasty homemade like Harold's in Cave Creek. The gravy was good and so were the mashed potatoes.
Started with the tomato basil soup that I swear tasted like spaghetti sauce 😫

They serve breakfast all day. We came for dinner & I just had to try the breakfast special. 2 eggs, 2 pancakes or French toast, choice of meat all for 11.99. It was delicious, eggs cooked a perfect over easy, nice crispy bacon the way I love it. Big fluffy pancakes. My sister had the Greek salad with grilled chicken it's huge. Her husband got the spaghetti & meatballs. They both loved their food. There are so many choices on the menu, it's hard to pick. Next time I think I'll try either meatloaf, chicken fried steak or the fish & chips. Great place for a large amount of food. You shouldn't leave hungry. Will be back.
