This was our second visit and once again the food did not disappoint. The service was good and the place was packed as it was a Friday evening. The sashimi and Tuna cracker was great. We highly recommend the Paradise, Dragon and crawfish rolls.

Swan is definitely the best sushi in the area. Jenna, our server, was prompt and gave us great recommendations for our meal. My wife and I both highly recommend “Paradise” and the tuna crackers. The drink menu is very extensive and the ambiance is very nice. It was Sunday evening and the place was nearly packed. We will definitely be back.

The highlight was the salmon belly Osaka roll. One of best rolls we've ever had! Yellow tail sashimi carpaccio and the tuna cracker were also very good. We were really excited about the surf and turf roll but felt that cream cheese overpowered the roll. Might just be a taste preference from us? When we removed the cream cheese, the roll was well balanced.

Such a nice place for sushi! I love the sushi bar but last night we sat in a booth. Outside patio is delightful too. The special sushi roll I ordered was divine preceded by delicious miso soup and Edamame. Of course the Lemon Drop martini was perfection too. Thank you Swan Sushi!

A very attractive restaurant with good seating options including the large bar as well.WE enjoyed a squid salad, and sushi. Everything was fresh and well presented. If we lived in AZ. this restaurant would be a favorite.

We went to Swan Sushi twice in one week. That's how good the food and service is. Taylor was our server and he was very familiar with the menu. Very pleasant and provided good service. We've also had Leesa as our server and she's very good, too. The food is fresh and delicious with great presentation. We had the ahi tuna tacos, steamed pork dumplings and shinito peppers. We ordered some fried rice to go and had it later in the evening and it was really good. Great restaurant in a nice location. We'll be back soon!

New server, but she failed miserably. Hopefully, she will get better by the next time we visit. We were all once new at something. Still, the food was great. Tasty and large portions. The wine selection is awesome. Specialty drinks are very good. Martinis are lacking in that the small glass is sometimes half full. But the quality of food and food selection outweigh the faults.

The food was very tasty, but everything on the happy hour menu was deep fried and thus unhealthy. The service was great, and the happy hour menu was a great price. We didn't order off the regular menu so have no idea of value for that.
Since Swan sushi opened, we have dining there regularly. Always a good experience.

I just moved into the Troon area and decided to try Swan Sushi. I have never had better food! I loved it to much I brought a friend back with me the next day! Excellent presentation and flavor and the service both times was outstanding. I would like to recognize Tanner and Marlotta (sorry for spelling!) but each server was very friendly and engaging and so accommodating. The atmosphere is also great..Light and bright on the inside but the outside patio was equally very inviting with a great view! Loved it!

Very packed and service was a little slow. Enjoyed the experience as a whole. Appeared to me that a few of the service people including waiter were doing most of the work with not a lot of support from others on the staff.

The freshest sushi ever - sashimi melts in your mouth. Amazing presentations and Tanner was an amazing server. So glad to have stumbled across this gem in Rio Verde! Our new go to!!

The best highest quality sushi I have had!! I have had sushi all over the country and once in Vancouver Canada. I came here when they first opened and was one of the first customers and have visited more and more frequently since then. Without a doubt, this is the best sushi I have had.. This is the first sushi where the seafood/meat component has exceeded the quantity of rice. Most importantly, the quality of the seafood/meat and all ingredients is unsurpassed. The service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and customer oriented. My only critique is that a few times in the past-for me-there was too long a delay before the bartenders came to me even being the only one at the bar initially.. I sincerely recommend Swan Sushi! In North Scottsdale!
