To be honest I have given this bakery sooo many chances. Every time I go in, the food looks amazing but the taste doesn’t match. I think the owner is really skilled but one time I wanted 30 min for these fancy chips. To be honest, nobody apologized or even offered me a free treat lol! Then I just placed an order for a cake last week (thought I’d try this place AGAIN) and was told someone would call me back and of course nobody did. That’s kind of my last straw.. it’s overrated because of her location and maybe social media but in reality it’s not that great of customer service and the treats quality doesn’t match the look.

For my son’s first birthday I ordered a cake, dozen cupcakes and macarons. While the macarons were great, I feel my cake a cupcakes were stale? None of my guest touched their cake and the kids literally only took one bite and left the rest. Everyone said it was hard and flavorless. Beautiful design but poor quality for the price I paid.
Service was good we were greeted when we walked in and brought some of our treats out to us. Now I have to say the online marketing the owner does is fantastic but left me underwhelmed when I actually came in person. I thought there would be a lot more pastries to pick from and unfortunately they were out of the toasted marshmallow coffee which was okay but disappointing. Not sure I’d come back as it’s an hour away and just not worth it in our eyes. But everything was tasty and if it’s close to you I wouldn’t say don’t go but if you’re coming from seeing it on social media it might not be quite as amazing as you maybe are expecting.

I’ve been here twice and I regret both times. I got a matcha and it was so watery and did not taste like matcha at all. I got a sugar cookie and the icing was rock hard. You can break a tooth. Their sweets are very sugary. But the decor on the dessert was cute.

Ordered some cannoli and decided to get one of their delicious looking chocolate strawberries. At $5 each they were high priced but looked so good I could not resist just one. Bit into it and the strawberry was rotten. Too bad I was back at my hotel and could not complain.

Quite frankly very disappointed with the cake I ordered for my birthday.
When I first came in, they told me I couldn’t order a small cake because they wouldn’t be able to write anything on it so I got the medium cake for a hefty $150 which I was more than happy to pay for.
Picked up the cake yesterday and the writing “a Tini bit older” was really bad, sloppy, barely legible and clearly regretted not getting the small cake with nothing on it. (And no it’s not just a distinct calligraphy style, it is poor craftsmanship)
I would have not written a review if the cake had been really good but it was extremely dry (dare I say almost stale?), hard to cut (even though it was out for 2 hours), the earl grey flavor was so faint you could have never guessed it.
So disappointed considering how beautiful the cakes look on their social media.
What I ordered vs what I got in the pics.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give Sweet Dee’s Bakeshop TEN stars, I absolutely would! This is my second time ordering a custom cake for a special event, and once again, they blew me away! For my 24th birthday, I had a vision in mind—a cake inspired by the gorgeous dress I was wearing and Sweet Dee’s turned it into a breathtaking reality. The cake itself was a masterpiece! Champagne and strawberry flavor that was not only delicious but had my entire family raving (we’re still talking about it)! The layers were perfectly moist, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the frosting? OUT OF THIS WORLD. But the real magic was in the presentation. It was like they took my vision and wrapped it in edible art. Seriously, the cake was as stunning as the dress I wore. The intricate details made for the most gorgeous birthday photos, and I’ve never seen a cake quite like it. Sweet Dee’s truly goes above and beyond to make sure their customers feel cared for and appreciated. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the level of personalization was unmatched. Thank you, Sweet Dee’s, for making my special day even more memorable. I can’t wait to come back and order my next show-stopping creation. You have a forever fan in me! 🥂🎂✨
This place is over hyped. The donuts looks unappetizing and mediocre. The other items look sloppy or look like she buys them and brings them in. And why did Taylor Swift throw up in her? Every dessert was Taylor Swift and they were blasting Taylor music. It was all just too much.

Came here with my brother, for his birthday, to get the Taylor Swift themed cookies. He got 4 macaroons and 4 cookies for $65 (including the tip). Firstly, they said they opened at 8, but they didn't let us in until 8:30 and then the main themed cookies that had song lyrics were not ready until 9:20. We ended up waiting an over an our for cookies that were planned to be sold on this day. Needless to say, these were some of the worst cookies and macaroons I've ever had. The cookies were sugar cookies but these were hard, bland and frankly seemed old. The icing was hard too and had no taste. The macaroons were even worse, hard, and HOLLOW IN THE MIDDLE. That is insane for a bakery to serve macaroons like that. The filling was hard too. We ended up throwing everything out. It is very disappointing to be excited about a PLANNED themed weekend and then totally be unorganized for customers. I hope the owner takes this into account when making any other cookies/ macaroons. I would not be back here after this.
We have ordered Pistachio Dirty Chai and Pistachio Chocolate Latte but both of them are soo bland like no taste of sweetener, no pistachio taste nor the chocolate. It was runny like water and worst. I did order the cookie croissant and build your own. They were amazing. The crossiant is soo flaky and perfect. But I’m extremely disappointed.

Saw them on tik tok and drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there. Disappointed in the service staff member was more interested in talking to the people in front of me who had already been served and paid. The presentation of the macaroons was disappointing all shoved into a cellophane bag so the decorations were smeared and chipped away. Do not recommend. Will not waste my time going back.

An amazing cafe, with a rotating variety of flavors and treats for each month. I really love stopping by and getting drinks and snack here, especially the tea based ones.
I did take a point off for a few reasons though. Firstly, this can be a fairly pricey place to visit and one small treat can range from $3-$10. Also, the kitchen closes an hour before the official closing time, meaning if you want anything hot you’d need to come earlier. Lastly, it’s a very tiny shop, there’s not a ton of room to sit and eat, and the seating area they have inside is just four stools against a bar top along the wall opposite the bakery display.

Not that impressed. Although it is quaint it is way over priced. Additional $1.00 for iced latte. Really? And the ice decreased the latte. Just saying......

I had asked Sweet Dee's to make cookies with a "T" on them 23 hours before I needed them. I mentioned that if it wasn't possible, l'd be fine ordering something from the case instead. I was told they could do it, but only on chocolate chip cookies with such short notice. I appreciated the effort and agreed. However, when I picked up the cookies, the woman told me that writing on chocolate chip cookies was difficult, which struck me as odd since it was her suggestion in the first place. What I received was honestly embarrassing-a poor product for any bakery to produce. As she handed them to me, she said, "Well, we tried," clearly aware of how bad they looked. Not to mention I came an hour late to pick them up and they still took 20 minutes to finish them. LGO Bake Shop to the rescue. They were able to produce something for me in 1 hour. Don't bother with this place. After reading other reviews it is clear to me that this woman does NOT stand by the quality of her work. We called to try and make things right and she was just defensive of her awful work and started talking about her profit margins… what? As a company that hosts many events we could have been a great client for her.
