After a long day we wanted a quick option for sustenance! Found Sweetgreen by accident but will now seek it out in the future. We loved the Chicken Avocado Ranch. It was enough to share, fresh and delicious! Great combination of flavors. Ordering was a bit odd, kiosk style, but we were in and out in about 10 minutes. Would very much recommend.
I see a lot of bad reviews… I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Really fresh, no seed oils, and grass fed beef! I’m so glad they came to Scottsdale! I will be back every week. Lucky I live close!
Food was great. But something weird happened with the manager at this location. I ordered a hibiscus tea. $4 for a glass of it. When it came, it had pebble ice to the absolute top of the cup. It has probably 2oz of actual liquid in the cup. I complained about it but the manager wanted nothing to do with the conversation. I was told it was their policy that They couldn’t add anymore unless I originally asked for no ice. Made no sense.

Terrible service! I bought an iced tea, and they wouldn’t add ice or even offer a refill. I’ve been here twice, and both times my order was wrong.

Wow. I have never experienced such rude employees before. I never write reviews about restaurants, but this experience left me shaken. From being laughed at and made fun of to yelled at about opening a side door to eat on the patio… mind you it was the same door I saw guests opening and closing a week prior. Food was good, but the service will be the reason my family and I never return.

Good food, but the ordering system is ridiculous. 4 stations to order food but it takes an average of 5 minutes to place an order because of the learning curve. Not worth waiting to order.

I rarely write reviews, but this place was an absolute disappointment from start to finish. I had been eagerly waiting for their opening for months, only to walk into a filthy restaurant with zero customer service. Everything is automated, and the only human interaction is hearing your name shouted when your order is ready. When I asked for ice for the tap water, I was told, “We don’t give out ice.” The food was overpriced and completely flavorless. Between the lack of care, and the bland food, this was a total letdown. I’ll never waste my time or money at Sweetgreen again.

Currently unavailable on quite a few items
I normally LOVE Sweetgreen but this location seriously skimps on dressing. I’ve ordered from this location a few times now - I’ve tried asking for “heavy dressing” and clicked “two portions”. Every time, my salad is bone dry. Not a great experience. This photo is taken after requesting “two portions, heavy, mixed in salad”.

I freaking love this place! If I could eat here every day I would! Sweetgreen is a life saver when I’m looking for something healthy but doesn’t skimp on quality or ingredients! Highly recommend.

Super fast. Order was ready 2 minutes after ordering. And the food was fresh and tasty. Tried the Shroomami and the Ranchy Baddie Bowl so far and both were really good.

I am disappointed to see all of the negative reviews! This was my first time trying sweetgreen. I got the crispy rice bowl, and it was delicious! I will definitely be back to try other items.

If you want bugs in your $20 salad then for sure order here! Where is the quality control?

My pallet is not acclimated to the robo-salad. Was super excited to try this hyped healthy food. Delivery fell WAY short of expectations. The conveyor belt seems pointless with employees prepping and finally, tossing the salad at the end. Avocado and eggs were not cut and dry on the dressing. No desire to return

Super disappointed because I'm a regular sweet greens Customer in Los Angeles and Maryland so I was excited that it was finally opening here because I appreciate the healthy oils and grass fed meat. Extremely disappointed because first of all ordering from the iPad is annoying because when you go to sweet green you get to interact with and tell them what you like and don't like and how much or how little you want of something. However that's not a dealbreaker for me... The dealbreaker for me is the fact that I got the garlic steak protein plate and very tiny amount of meat very tiny amount of sweet potatoes very tiny amount of broccoli and an insane amount of quinoa so the portions and ratios are extremely off at this location and you are getting ripped off for the protein compared to all of the other locations I've been going to for years. I don't know if they are purposefully skimping out on the protein and the portions and just giving you a lot of extra grain instead but it was a very disappointing experience and I'm not as excited they are here now. I don't know why they would change the portion ratios or if they are experimenting to see if anybody notices. It's also disconnecting not being able to order from a human. I can understand if I was ordering an advance from the app and just wanted to pick it up but if I walk into your location I want to deal with a human. Honestly it takes a lot longer to use the iPad than it does to talk to a person.
