Look. Taco bell is awesome, food is always cheap and delicious. BUT these folks do not provide sauce in the drive through. If you go inside, you can grab whatever you want so it’s fine but if you drive through? last two times i’ve been here i’ve asked for a lot of fire and hot sauce and received NONE with my order until i have to ask again at the window. At that point, they provide you with a measly 6 sauces for the sake of it. Why do you you think we come here? for a burrito? no. We come here so we can stock up on sauce for the crib. cmon now this is nuts. Don’t drive through, go inside and do yourself a favor and rob their sauce.

Ive been going to this Taco Bell for over 20yrs. I don't know what happened in the past 8 months to a year but there drive thru has really been become horrible. And when I have returned to correct the order they never apologize, offer a coupon or take any responsibility for there mistake. I spen on average $30 an oder. I just left there 30 minutes ago. I ordered 2 sausage crunch wraps and 2 hash brown. They forgot one of the hash browns. I don't normally complain but this is ridiculous. Not sure what the answer is but something needs to change at this particular store.

I went through the drive-thru when it wasn’t busy and placed my order with a someone, repeating it twice to ensure accuracy. At the payment window, I confirmed my order with the cashier, but when I received my food at the final window, it was incorrect, and they forgot my drinks. When I asked about the drinks, they claimed I was only charged for one, and neither the employees nor the manager apologized for the mistakes, making the experience frustrating and unprofessional. I will never return.
I eat taco bell daily. Never again from this one tho.

I was at the drive-through. They were not busy. First person took my order was a guy I repeat it twice for him to make sure he got it right he told me to pull up to the first window to pay. When I got to the window I repeated my order to Laura the cashier at the window and She confirmed it. When I went to pick up from the last window, my order they even gave it to me was wrong And they didn’t give me the drinks. When I asked for the drinks they say I got only charged for one and that girl didn’t even apologize that both drive through employees messed it up for me. They’re just stupid and the manager or whoever hand me the food she took it back and then she came back without saying apology about my order got mistaken. It’s a total mess over there no Managment nothing is good about this place. Stupid people. First and last time at this place if it wasn’t to pick up food for my girls I wouldn’t even drive by it. I made sure my girls never enter this place.
