My family went through the drive thru this afternoon. A lady took our order, I ordered a medium Baja blast. It rang up more than usual but we didn’t think much of it. When we got to the window, Connor gave us a Baja blast freeze. I told him that I didn’t order that. I didn’t want a freeze, just a medium regular soda. Remember, HES not the one who took our order. It was the lady who was standing next to him who I assume, was the manager. She was older, short with dark hair. When I tell you this lady was trying to humiliate Connor when all he was trying to do, was the right thing. She didn’t want to refund me to the correct price because “it was almost the same price anyways”. I don’t care if it’s only a $1-$2 difference, I want to pay the correct price. She’s the one who put the freeze. Not Connor. And she didn’t want to fix her mistake. She stood there next to him yelling “Come on Connor. We have a line full of cars” “hurry up Connor” “I TOLD you the price is almost the same Connor so it’s fine”. This poor guy looked so sad and just had a blank face. I yelled through the window that it wasn’t his fault, it was hers. If this is happening in front of a family with 3 kids, I can only imagine how awful she is without anyone present. She needs to be fired. She’s an awful look for Taco Bell. I wouldn’t go back to this location just because of her.

I’ve had some really good meals at this location over the years. However, recently the food and the service has been on a decline. The tacos and burritos aren’t made very meticulously and they fall apart quite easily while eating. Sometimes the food is quickly just thrown in the bag and food gets everywhere outside the wrappers.

Terrible service. At first said couldn’t find your order placed at the tablet. Then received incomplete order without the drink. Asked for the drink to be told that’s your order. I showed my receipt with the drink ordered and then had to wait about 5 minutes to get the drink. Also, missing were ordered sauces which I didn’t bother asking this time. Really bad service.

Great experience. Stopped in on the Sunday before Christmas. Even though they were understaffed and busy, the Mark was courtesy, friendly and helped me order (Yes. I didn't order online- could-t figure out how to say no cheese taco). The restaurant was clean, armosphere was calm and soft Christmas music playing was appreciated. Kudos to management & staff. Good job.

We dined in at this restaurant. Very clean dining room and staff was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this location.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have kid meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair friendly. No curb to step up, it has a flat area that a wheelchair can use to get to the door. They also have the button for automatic door access.

The man at the counter was extremely nice, didn’t know his name. I believe he was a manager but he’s always in a good mood. This location is great.
Horrific customer service!!! Disorganized place with disrespectful workers; particularly one named Maria. She was rude and aggressive when I asked where the missing Crunchwrap was from my order. She proceeded to take each item from the bag to count and slammed each item on the counter. I heard workers complain out loud about “how busy it was going to be all day with all of these customers.” The Taco Bell workers at this location have some nasty attitude and passive-aggressiveness towards customers. Ridiculous.

This place has gone through managers like no other place i know of. One consistent person i see there Marc has been assistant manager for almost a year now and yet still not manager. If you guys don't offer him a manager job I'm gonna offer him one at my shop. Don't sleep on good employees.
