Horrible service. Ordered several items for my family. We ate inside. Ordered a nacho and it came with one small clump of cheese in a corner. I immediate asked if I could have some more cheese because the cheese was not spread out on the nachos. The manager told an employee that I had to pay for the cheese. I showed her the nacho and let her know the nacho was not made correctly. The manager still told her that I would have to purchase the cheese. I then asked to speak with the manager and was told "he's busy and can't come up here". I then demanded my money back and she said "The manager will have to do that"..... This is now at least 7-10 minutes after I first asked for cheese. Manager finally came up for refund and I told him all I wanted was a small cup of cheese because my nacho was not made right. He would not offer cheese, he would not offer a new nacho. He refunded my $3+ back. I told him all of this could have been avoided if he would have approved a little bit more cheese. He had no response for me. Very rude and terrible, slow customer service.
