I just have an issue with the hours of operation. It's very misleading to post "Open Daily 9am-10pm or Later" on the entrance door, and a completely different set of hours online. It's extremely unprofessional to leave your loyal customers guessing if you're open or closed. Baffling to say the least! ?

Alan was the young man that helped me and he is just a breath of fresh air his customer service ethics are inpeckable he is a keeper these are the people the ALAN'S I. This world that should be serving people. Since covid nobody is nice anymore and it literally breaks my heart ALL WAS ABLE TO RESTORE A LITTLE FAITH BACK UNTO ME Just WHEN I THOUGHT ALL WENT TO HELL AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS CONCERNED. My bean burrito was so blazing hot it was fantastic and definitely hit. Nothing more gross than eating cold solid refried beans and cheese that’s not melted.

I order Taco Bell through Uber eats and when I received my order there was barely any meat on my nachos.This is the first time that his has happened to me.If I have to pay extra for them to put meat on my order I will but if it comes with the meat then I don't.So how come there was not meat.
